RHOSLC Season 6 Episode 12 First Amendment Rights and Wrongs
In this episode, we don’t return to Meredith and Brittani’s bench conversation, so what we saw earlier is all we get. Bronwyn picks Todd up from the airport while dressed as a sloth, and she explains that choosing to stay married means embracing the good and the bad. Todd says everyone in the group probably owes someone an apology, and he’s absolutely right. Bronwyn plans a “spill the Boston tea” party to force all the gossip into the open. Whitney and Justin appear to be in their new house with a stunning view, but she’s quiet and upset when she notices a large transfer to a vendor from their account. The real issue is her resentment: she trusted Justin when he pushed her toward MLM instead of Sephora, and that decision continues to strain their marriage, proving once again that money is one of the biggest stressors between partners. Heather throws her daughter a “bed party” before she heads off to the University of Tampa, and Heather admits she’s looking forward to having fewer responsibilities as an empty nester. Meanwhile, Bronwyn mails out Pride flags to businesses after Utah banned them from government buildings. Her mother, Muzzy, offers to help and tells Bronwyn she should be proud of herself, even though Bronwyn clearly still craves her approval. Muzzy admits she was raised by parents who loved her but always expected more.
At the tea party, Angie arrives first and looks nervous, while Lisa and Meredith show up completely underdressed. Brittani tells Heather and Whitney that Meredith invited her to the park to “move on,” though Whitney isn’t buying it. Lisa is annoyed the event focuses on Bronwyn’s citizenship. The setup is elaborate, and Bronwyn explains they’ll be labeling tea with the names of people they’ve talked about. Angie starts by admitting she questioned whether Lisa actually bought a horse and asked others about it. Brittani wants to know who spread the rumor about her flirting with Joao, and Whitney comes clean that she told Justin. Heather’s rumor—Todd farting while making out with someone—is quickly dismissed by Bronwyn as pointless. Bronwyn apologizes to Whitney for repeating something she said at a lunch, and Whitney insists the conversation was private despite happening on camera.
Things escalate when Whitney asks Meredith if she apologized for “torturing Brittani” for six hours, and Meredith says no. Whitney responds by calling her an alcoholic and pill popper, and Meredith bizarrely hands out drug tests as gifts. Whitney compares Meredith’s behavior to her father’s addiction issues. Mary says Meredith is remembering events incorrectly, and once again the producers stay silent, just like with Heather’s black eye, which frustrates everyone. Meredith calls everyone liars and then denies calling Heather a liar, which makes the conversation even more circular. Heather just wants Meredith to acknowledge her behavior, but Meredith keeps denying everything. Bronwyn ends the night by introducing “friendship amendments”: families off limits (Bronwyn), be a woman of your word (Heather), be the friend you want others to be (Lisa), hear and forgive (Mary), keep marriages, businesses, and children off limits (Whitney), don’t accuse without proof (Angie), see the best in people (Brittani), and stop reactive abuse (Meredith), though Meredith seems to be talking about her own behavior without realizing it.

Kelli (00:01.762)
Hi, welcome to Be One Whenever. This is Kelly.
Lori (00:05.051)
And this is Lori and Kelly has been very ill, so she has a very squeaky little voice.
Kelli (00:12.504)
my god, I had got hit with some kind of virus, man. I was down for days. I'm just crawling back out of it. Not crawling fast at all.
Lori (00:18.787)
Harp Harp
Lori (00:25.163)
Yeah, no, and not crawling well either. But at least you are crawling, so.
Kelli (00:30.016)
Yeah. So we're going to go through Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, season six, episode 12, First Amendment rights and wrongs. And we're going to do this as quickly as possible. Yeah. Wendy has a work function, so she will not be with us tonight, but she and cousin Gina covered Potomac the other night, so I didn't have to. Yeah, that was a huge help because I couldn't, I couldn't if I tried.
Lori (00:40.877)
so Kelly can go to bed. Yeah.
Lori (00:51.967)
nice. Beautiful. Yeah, it's just not happening. Right. So we start out with Bronwyn the sloth picks up Todd father from the airport in one of her inflatable outfits.
Kelli (01:03.074)
Yeah, didn't you think we were gonna pick up at the bench with Meredith and Brittany? Like, I didn't realize that's all we were gonna see in that conversation. What we saw last week, like, that's all we're getting.
Lori (01:17.933)
Well, I think it's indicative of the whole situation. There's not much to get. you know, the more after this episode, the more I thought about it. I think that, I don't think it's a matter of Meredith not remembering. I think she remembers extremely well everything that happened. I think that she's just not, she's not fessing up to it for obvious reasons.
Kelli (01:20.94)
Yeah.
Kelli (01:37.55)
for sure.
Kelli (01:47.234)
Right.
Lori (01:47.261)
legal, her job, HR, like she's just not gonna.
Kelli (01:51.278)
100%. And also the fact that she doesn't share anything with us. So why would she share that side of her self? We know nothing about the real Meredith and we never will as long as she's on this show. I can't believe she's still on this show. She brings nothing to it.
Lori (02:00.139)
Right. So why would you share that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But I think, yeah, right.
Lori (02:12.771)
Well, there you go. So, but I think that's her gig. I think she's just gonna deny, deny, deny. And I think the girl's looking at it from another perspective and...
They feel like she's gaslighting them. And I'm sure to them it feels like that. But I don't think that that's, I'm not defending Meredith, but I'm just saying that's not necessarily her intention. I'm not saying she has good intentions, but her intentions are to just deny the whole thing. But it's.
Kelli (02:47.15)
Well, and the fact that she gets away with it. Production knows what happened. Production knows very well what happened. So if the other ladies have a problem with anyone, they should have a problem with the producers because they're the ones hiding what Meredith did. Of course, Meredith's gonna deny it.
Lori (03:00.823)
with production. There you go.
Lori (03:07.98)
Right, right.
Kelli (03:11.682)
Yeah, but Brahmin dressed as the Slav. I mean...
Lori (03:16.867)
She's a cook.
Kelli (03:18.114)
She really is. It's such an interesting thing that she does these, that she wears these costumes. I really wonder if she always did this or if this is just new for the show.
Lori (03:23.715)
Mm-hmm.
Lori (03:30.113)
I think that it's something that she is, if I remember correctly, it's something that she has always done. Look, Bronwyn is a very insecure woman and she really needs validation and she really needs attention and it's a way for her to stand out. I don't necessarily think that her marriage is as great as she likes to portray it to be. I just think that there's a lot going on there with her. I like her as a character.
Kelli (03:34.946)
Yeah.
Kelli (03:39.086)
Yeah.
Kelli (03:58.274)
Yeah, I agree.
Lori (04:00.119)
You know, I like her.
Kelli (04:01.448)
I like her too because I feel like we see, I feel like she's showing us real things in her life.
Lori (04:09.943)
Well, that's what she always says, you know, in any commentary that you see her on. She's always like, you know, for better or for worse, I set out when I got the job to actually show everything. It wasn't really a... She even admits it wasn't a brilliant idea on her part, but it's just how she's rolling. And she, you know, even though she does shady shit, she always owns up to it, which is a new thing for a housewife.
Kelli (04:39.682)
Yeah, no, I totally agree. And the fact that like Todd might turn out to be like a player where like he's like been a big fat cheater, like just blows me away. Cause when you see Todd, you don't think player.
Lori (04:39.909)
own up to something. Yeah.
Lori (04:52.522)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
No, there's no, there's no, no, there's no player vibes going on.
Kelli (05:01.281)
No, like I don't see him rolling up in the club, like bringing game. No, no, but.
Lori (05:05.931)
No, no, going to the clear. Nope, nope, nope. No, no, I don't see a strong rap.
Kelli (05:12.766)
Exactly. But he must have something.
Lori (05:14.687)
Yeah, I don't see strong skills. He's not a guy. You're looking to be like, he's got skills.
Kelli (05:18.462)
No, me neither.
Right.
Lori (05:25.474)
Listen.
Kelli (05:25.484)
He must bring something though, if this is a repetitive thing.
Lori (05:28.823)
Doe, Doe does a lot of things for you. Doe does a lot of things. So then they're in the car, they're driving home and she's telling him how she's involved with this whole thing with Whitney and he did really find it funny about her party though. So I thought that was cute.
Kelli (05:31.852)
That's right. That's right.
Kelli (05:46.434)
Well, I liked when he said, you all need to sit down and apologize because everyone, every one of you have probably done something that you need to apologize for to one of the other ones. So I thought that was really brilliant on his part.
Lori (05:56.053)
Right? Absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah.
Lori (06:02.687)
Right? And then we go to Whitney. Wait, wait, let me see.
Kelli (06:08.76)
Was that her house? Cause that was some fucking view with them sitting in that backyard.
Lori (06:15.123)
yeah, yeah, that was her house. Yeah, yeah. That was pretty. She must have, yeah, she must have, they must live in like a development where they have like a pond. My friend in South Carolina, yeah, a lake. My friend in South Carolina lives in a development like that. So a lot of the houses, their backyards go out onto this pond. So I don't think she shared, I don't think that's her own view. Like she shares that with other people around. Yeah, but it's very pretty. Very pretty, yeah.
Kelli (06:17.484)
That's a nice view!
Kelli (06:23.393)
Lake,
Kelli (06:32.759)
Yeah.
Kelli (06:37.941)
yeah, no, it looked like there were other properties surrounding it, but that was really pretty. Yeah.
Lori (06:46.209)
And you know, he has that very annoying like resting smirk face. I don't like that. That aggravates the shit out of me. Like I don't think I could ever be married to somebody with a resting smirk face. Cause I...
Kelli (06:50.562)
Yes, he does.
Kelli (06:58.488)
Sometimes I think Justin's uncomfortable on camera.
Lori (07:01.535)
Maybe, I'd always be like, what the fuck are you smirking about? You know I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Kelli (07:05.87)
What do exactly, what are you fucking smiling about? Well, especially what she said to him. She said there was a large transfer from their bank account from one of their vendors. I mean, are you, you're mad that he paid somebody you owe money to?
Lori (07:20.067)
I don't think that's it. I don't think that was it. I think that seeing... It wasn't that she didn't feel that they shouldn't pay the people that they need to pay. I think what she meant was seeing that money is just a reminder of the failure of the whole thing. I think that's more of... Yeah, I think that's more where she was going with it.
Kelli (07:40.174)
Oookay.
That makes more sense.
Lori (07:48.835)
And it's interesting, because I don't know if you remember, I think it was last year, there were people from Wild Rose Beauty employees that were saying it was an MLM. And she denied it. But it was very pointed that she said MLM on the show. And I don't think Justin was very comfortable with that. So I...
Kelli (08:02.968)
Yeah, I do. Yeah.
Lori (08:17.149)
I don't know if Whitney's setting up a divorce, like I don't know what's going on there, but I know that that's not something that he would ever want her to say. And the fact that she said it, I was like, okay, right.
Kelli (08:31.8)
Yeah. No, for sure. Because I don't think we knew any of this. So she basically wanted to get her wild rose beauty into Target or Ulta or Sephora. And listen, she very well could have because those stores, maybe not Sephora, but Ulta for sure. And Target or Walmart, they would carry any housewives beauty products. I'm sure.
Lori (08:44.306)
Yes, for,
Mm-hmm.
Lori (08:56.429)
Sure. Product, right, right, right.
Kelli (09:02.45)
and he talked her into doing an MLM instead, right?
Lori (09:08.129)
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Kelli (09:10.208)
And she said she trusted him because she felt like that was the first time he believed in her. I mean, listen, I get that this is going to affect your marriage.
Lori (09:15.788)
Mm-hmm.
Lori (09:20.513)
Right.
Kelli (09:22.082)
for sure.
Lori (09:23.137)
But listen, the whole thing is, I mean, we're seeing it now with the two of them. And we saw it a couple episodes ago with Lisa and John. Owning a business together as a husband and wife, that dynamic is really difficult. I mean, with Lisa and John, we saw how they were both saying that they've put so much into the business and kind of left their...
Kelli (09:25.73)
Hmph.
Kelli (09:35.981)
Yeah.
Lori (09:51.171)
personal relationship on the back burner and you know now Whitney has invested so much of her personal feelings into doing this business with Justin and now since it didn't work out I don't think it's I mean it could be I'm sure some of it is Justin's fault, but maybe it was just a bad setup and maybe
maybe whatever company they got involved in, you know, threw out a bunch of flashy numbers and said we could do this and this and this and this. And then when the paperwork was signed...
Kelli (10:27.8)
Well, it sounds like it involved, it involved other things because she's trying to get Wild Rose back. So it sounds like it wasn't just Wild Rose Beauty. It was more than that.
Lori (10:34.295)
Her rose beaut right right right right
Lori (10:41.546)
Right.
Right. And maybe they said it was going to be something and then it ended up to not be something. So, but you know what I'm saying? Just the whole setup, the whole premise of doing business with your spouse. mean, I, I, I've been married for how long? 30 years.
Kelli (10:52.888)
Yeah.
Lori (11:02.531)
I 30 years. Yeah, 30 years. I got in a hard enough time just having to be my husband. I can't imagine 30 years and then working with him too. I love him dearly, but no, it's just not... I don't think it's a good mix. I don't think it's a good mix.
Kelli (11:02.733)
I'm 24.
Kelli (11:15.798)
Eric and I could never be in business together, ever in a million years. Never, ever, ever, ever.
Lori (11:21.025)
Because this is the perfect example of what can happen.
Kelli (11:26.178)
Mm-hmm.
Yeah. Yeah. Well, listen, let's hope for the best for them. I hope she gets Wild Rose Beauty back though, because...
Lori (11:39.585)
Yeah, it seems like it's very important to her.
Kelli (11:41.483)
Exactly. It was her baby.
Lori (11:43.689)
And so now we go to Heather's house and I didn't know this was a thing, but my daughter's older, so I guess, I don't know. But a bed party.
Kelli (11:52.943)
Yeah, our girl, they did it for my niece, who's Tessa's age. So I guess it's like, yeah, yeah. It's a bed party and they, you your friends and your family decorate your whole room with the school you're going to. But I think it just, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's all about posting and getting likes. For the parents and the kids, quite honestly.
Lori (11:58.499)
Oh, oh, oh, oh, I didn't know anything about this.
Lori (12:05.877)
never knew.
Lori (12:10.763)
and then you post it and blah, blah, blah.
Hmm.
Lori (12:19.233)
huh. Yeah. So this is my first intro to that. Had no idea that this was even a thing. And you know, Heather was talking about her, how she feels about her, you know, daughters leaving the house. And you know what? Not a big Heather fan, but I give her lot of kudos for really saying it because a lot of people want to say, a lot of people want to say
that they feel how she feels, but instead they code it with, I'm gonna miss my baby. What am I gonna do with her? But a lot of people, mean, listen, being a mom is, it's no joke. And you know how she said, how she really felt like she was raising them alone, even when her husband was there? Well, guess what Heather? Most moms feel that way anyway. Like the,
Kelli (12:49.934)
Right.
Kelli (12:55.501)
Right.
Lori (13:16.771)
The amount of responsibility that you take on being responsible for your child as a mother, unless you're a single dad, you're never gonna get that. So, I don't know. Yeah, I just thought it was, I just thought it was a great conversation to be had.
Kelli (13:29.934)
Typically,
Kelli (13:37.143)
Yeah, no, listen, there's nothing wrong with her feeling the way she feels. Like I almost feel like Heather feels guilty for feeling that way. Like don't feel guilty. Like there's, I mean, I love my kids and I honestly, I'm not one who's like, I can't wait until they get the fuck out. But I, but honestly, like, I don't want to be up at night worrying about where they are when they're coming home. Are they safe? Am I going to get a call? Like.
Lori (13:43.253)
I'm sure that she does because like I said...
Lori (13:54.925)
Just wait.
Lori (14:02.211)
What they're doing, no, no.
Kelli (14:05.012)
It's exhausting and I get no sleep some nights because of it. You know, I don't know if I'm gonna be different when they move out. I mean, I guess if I take the damn Life360 off my phone, I will.
Lori (14:08.323)
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Lori (14:16.343)
Yeah.
Kelli (14:18.712)
but there's nothing wrong with her feeling that way. Yeah, of course, especially because she's single and she wants to meet someone and move on, you know?
Lori (14:21.235)
No, I think it's healthy. You know, like when... Yeah. Right, right, yeah.
Kelli (14:32.97)
I loved the next scene with Bronwyn and her mother, that Utah passed a law that pride flags could not be put up in government buildings. So Bronwyn has made it her duty to make sure that every non-government building hangs one and she goes and offers them a free one and mails them to them. I mean, absolutely.
Lori (14:54.369)
Yeah, I think that's very nice of her.
Kelli (15:02.134)
I thought that was amazing. And the fact that Muzzy might not, you know, politically agree with her, like what Brahman said, but she's there to support her daughter and what her daughter believes in. you know, I don't believe what Muzzy believes, obviously. I am pro that community. But if she's helping her daughter, then that's a step in the right direction.
Lori (15:09.176)
Mm-hmm.
Lori (15:14.199)
Right, so it's nice.
Lori (15:27.509)
Yeah. I love how Muzzy said she's, she said she loves doing crazy things that I wouldn't do on my own. And that she doesn't worry so much about what people think like she used to. So that, you know, it was not, listen, any, positive conversation the two of them can have is definitely a good thing.
Kelli (15:35.971)
Yeah.
Kelli (15:42.764)
Yes.
Kelli (15:52.515)
Well, yeah, and the fact that she told her that she's been a great mom to Gwen and she should be proud of herself for that. I mean, for her to say that, coming from where they were when she got pregnant with Gwen, I mean, that's a huge step.
Lori (15:59.555)
Mm-hmm.
Lori (16:03.843)
Absolutely, Yeah, that's huge. And it was definitely, I felt like it was really something Bronwyn, you could tell, it was just something that she really needed to hear.
Kelli (16:13.282)
Yeah, she needs to hear a lot from Muzzy. So the more positive things Muzzy can say and do for Bronwyn, the better.
Lori (16:15.646)
Uh-huh.
Lori (16:19.669)
Mm-hmm. And Muzzy says, always knew my parents loved me, but I always knew that they expected more. See, now that...
That is a good thing and a bad thing. Because it's really good how that kind of parenting has changed. And like our kids, we don't necessarily expect more. Like we're fine with how they are. Like how you are is fine. And that's really good. But it can be a double edged sword.
Kelli (16:53.56)
Yeah. Right.
Kelli (17:00.814)
Mm-hmm.
Lori (17:01.377)
Because sometimes when your kids don't think that you expect more from them, it leads to like a lack of striving or, you know, kids don't necessarily want approval from their parents. So it's, I don't know, it's just like a weird kind of thing there.
Kelli (17:11.278)
Yeah.
Kelli (17:20.086)
No, I totally agree with you. I think it's a very fine line you're walking with that. For sure.
Lori (17:25.535)
It's a fine line, right. But you have to do something because you can't be like, you can't be like Muzzy. It's very similar to Sutton's mom. That very detached, you know, it's just not good.
Kelli (17:35.874)
You can't set no expectations.
Kelli (17:43.148)
Yeah.
Kelli (17:47.66)
Yeah. Yeah. Sutton's mom was horrible.
Lori (17:51.787)
Yeah, well, Muzzy wasn't too far behind her a while ago, but it seems, you know, like as the season is progressing that they're making progress in their relationship, which is something certainly, it's not often you see progress in relationships attached to a Housewife show. So we'll take it.
Kelli (17:54.828)
No, she wasn't. She wasn't.
Kelli (18:04.108)
Yeah.
Kelli (18:12.908)
No, you're right, but maybe Bronwyn asked her to come move in with her. Maybe she did this on purpose, like to get closer with her mother. You know, not to bring up Jersey, but Joe Gorga has said in the past, because know, Teresa blames them for joining the show behind her back and not telling her and then trying to make her look like the bad guy. But Joe Gorga has said in the past, like, I joined the show thinking that it would bring my sister and I closer together, clearly.
Lori (18:39.779)
It did not. That is not what happened.
Kelli (18:41.186)
That is not what happened. But he did say that. So maybe Bronwyn wanted her mom to move in for more reasons than one. Maybe she figured with cameras, they'd be for her mom would be forced to talk about things that maybe she wouldn't otherwise talk about.
Lori (18:57.827)
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm. So that was good. That was a good scene. And then we go to the spill the tea party that Brom was having. I will.
Kelli (19:01.366)
Yeah.
Kelli (19:07.95)
Lisa and Meredith did not get the memo because I don't know what the fuck they were wearing, but they did not look like they belonged.
Lori (19:11.715)
my god. Okay, Meredith, I get it that it's your look with the tall boots, but what was that that she had on? Or like, looked like, you know, when the adults dress like babies with the little romper on and the high boots. was like, what am I watching? What am I?
Kelli (19:23.182)
She looks like an Oompa Loompa. Right? She reminded me of an Oompa Loompa.
Kelli (19:32.832)
Yes, that's what it was. That's what it was. Yes.
Like a sexy baby? What are you doing?
Lori (19:40.259)
Yeah, I was like, what? don't know what that was. don't know what that was. And Lisa, come on. You're such a killjoy. You couldn't like participate at all. mean, I know you don't like Brahman, but just, listen, this is your paycheck. Just work for it just a little. Angela great. Angela great as Betsy Ross. loved it.
Kelli (19:48.514)
Now she's
now. She's not going to do it.
She's not gonna do it. She is a killjoy.
Kelli (20:03.594)
Angie always crushes it with that. And Brahman, obviously. Even Mary got it. how funny was Mary that when she took out her own, she locked up to the table and she was like, no, no. And you're thinking she's not putting on a wig. And then she pulls out her own wig.
Lori (20:05.783)
Yes, she does.
Lori (20:13.772)
No, no.
Lori (20:17.415)
Her own way. It's great. And how about when Meredith and Lisa were on the way over and Lisa and they're talking about that Meredith met up with Brittany and so Meredith says, you know, we're going to be cordial and whatever. And it's like, well, that's not going to last long.
Lori (20:44.661)
And how about when they were, the production was doing the...
I'm having a brain fart.
When they talk to the women in their house, they were doing that and they were asking all the questions about the United States. Angie was so funny. She goes, they were asking how many senators? And Angie was like, I think there's one in every country.
Kelli (20:55.906)
Confessional.
Kelli (21:02.65)
my god.
Lori (21:17.115)
of every state. I was like, Ed, you are so cute. And I love how...
Kelli (21:22.03)
That was so funny because Bronwyn was the only one who really knew the answers.
Lori (21:26.327)
She got both answers right. Yeah. Well, listen.
Kelli (21:28.334)
By the way, Tess and Andrew were walking through, so I started asking them the questions. Those fuckers, they knew every answer. I'm like, you two excel nerds. Yeah, your daughter would definitely know. Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Lori (21:35.373)
Bet you might kid, but no too. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. History major, I forgot it. Yeah, yeah. She'll probably like list them to you. And how about Meredith not knowing that? You're a lawyer.
Kelli (21:47.647)
please. The Bill of Rights. You don't know what the Bill of Rights was, Meredith? I thought it was so funny when Romlyn announced why they were there and she was saying how she was getting her citizenship. Lisa gets all pissed off like, that's what this is about. She's such an asshole.
Lori (21:52.552)
Amazing.
Lori (22:06.997)
Yes, I couldn't just send flowers.
Kelli (22:09.752)
Yeah.
Lori (22:15.501)
So then now they're going to play a game and games never go well on these shows. Never go well. That you have to write down the T on your tea packet and then throw it in the Harbor. So Angie said she spilled some tea about Lisa not owning a horse. And Lisa's just so I love when production does this. When she'll say something and she's, I didn't say that.
Kelli (22:18.976)
Nope. Nope.
Lori (22:45.717)
And then protection flashes right back to it and yeah, did. Yeah, did. Yeah, you did. And then she's always like, gotta like one up it. well, I think I'm going to get another one.
Kelli (22:47.694)
Yeah, yeah, you did. Yes, you did.
Kelli (22:58.37)
Yeah, like you bought a horse just so you can have a horse, but now you're going to get another one. Why do you need two horses? It's a valid question that Angie asked.
Lori (23:05.121)
Why? Yeah. Why? Why does, yes, why does one need two horses for one person?
Kelli (23:09.336)
Like you idiot.
Lori (23:12.997)
It's craziness.
And Britney, she said she didn't have any spilled tea, but wanted to know who spilled the tea about her and...
Kelli (23:24.974)
Wow
Lori (23:28.361)
on them. And okay, so then we go to the scene where they're trying to figure out, you know, who was talking about Britney flirting on the boat. And they flash to the scene of Whitney. She's in the bathroom on the yacht in a bikini. And I'm looking and I'm like, what? And I rewind and I stop.
I don't know what's going on with her skin on her chest, I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What is going on? What is going on?
Kelli (24:03.682)
Well, she's got fake boobs. So maybe she's gotten them redone and maybe there's like something. Me neither. I'm assuming that's what it is though. Maybe she's had them redone or maybe they're just like puckering because of so many years. She's a beautiful girl, but I did notice that as well.
Lori (24:09.176)
You can get like, can get like dimpling or something. I don't know anything about it. So.
Lori (24:23.681)
something. But this, but this is right, but this is my thing. Absolutely. But this is, this is my thing about that. Why is production? Wouldn't you be like, let's do it from here up. Let's cut her here. Let's cut her here. Everything.
Kelli (24:38.764)
or put a filter on it. Put a filter on it. You put a filter on, you can't tell me that there's one fucking scene that Lisa doesn't have a filter on. Because I've seen Lisa without filters and it's not what Lisa looks like on the show. So put a filter on Whitney too. Yeah.
Lori (24:51.939)
Right, I'm just saying, right, I'm just saying do something. Like why would you, I don't know. I just, that's how I was feeling about that. Like you really could have done something about that, yeah.
Kelli (25:01.204)
No, I totally agree with you. Helped her out. She's a beautiful girl though, Whitney.
Lori (25:08.187)
absolutely.
Kelli (25:10.912)
How about when when Brittany said because Jared and I broke up over it and Mary's like, god, not Jared again.
Lori (25:16.604)
god, not Jared. Not Jared again. Not Jared again.
And then we had Heather did hers about Todd farting. I didn't even understand what was going on with that. was very confused, which was, I don't.
Kelli (25:31.052)
I guess she's talked about it with other people, so she was spilling the tea about that with other people and Brahman was like, Brahman shut it down. Like, okay, it's not funny and we're done with that.
Lori (25:34.569)
okay, I got it.
Okay. Right, right. Shut the fuck up. And then Bronwyn, I don't know. I was trying to figure this out with her and Whitney. Because the whole point of the thing is, I know Whitney saying it was a private conversation, but it was on TV.
Kelli (25:57.857)
I have the same thing written down. You said it was a private conversation all the while in front of cameras on TV.
Lori (25:59.786)
It's on TV, like...
Lori (26:05.387)
On TV, like, okay. So, okay. And then, and then we get to the whole Whitney calling Meredith an alcoholic and a pill popper. I was like, girl, I don't know that that's really a good idea. You know, it's just, I know where you were trying to go with it, but I just.
Kelli (26:08.278)
Yeah.
Kelli (26:19.305)
Yeah.
Kelli (26:24.754)
No, it's not. No.
Lori (26:33.569)
That was one of those moments where I was like, you know, I know a lot of this is staged and produced, but I don't think she thought that went out. She got pissed and just did it.
Kelli (26:44.024)
I don't think she did either because that's slander. Because you can hurt her character, can hurt her businesses, you can hurt... You can cause...
Lori (26:48.545)
Yeah, it's like...
Lori (26:55.244)
Yeah.
Kelli (26:59.348)
monetary damage. she probably can do, Meredith probably could do something. Although I have heard, that recently there was like a new clause in housewives contracts where they can't sue each other. I have heard that. So maybe Whitney was like, fuck it. I'm just going to let this, I'm going to throw this out and see if it sticks. Exactly.
Lori (27:01.729)
Yeah, I was like...
Lori (27:18.273)
Yeah, I'm going to let this rip. I'm going to let it rip. So, then, Mary's so funny. Is anyone else wearing a girdle?
Kelli (27:32.43)
and by the way, and I will figure it out people, I'm not the biggest Britney fan, but in her confessional, I'm gonna need to know what lipstick she's wearing. Did you see her wearing the bright pink lipstick?
Lori (27:48.653)
She does wear some good lipsticks. She does wear some good lipsticks.
Kelli (27:50.233)
Beautiful. I'm gonna, that is, I'm on the hunt. I'm on the hunt to find out the Britney lipstick in her confessional during the tea party scene. Beautiful.
Lori (28:01.239)
Yeah. did she have on the black and white shirt with the face? Yeah. Yeah.
Kelli (28:04.62)
I believe so, yeah.
Yeah.
So Whitney goes even further and compares Meredith's behavior to her father's behavior, who we know as an addict from the show. Like, I think she might want to be really careful with this.
Lori (28:19.831)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Lori (28:25.751)
Yeah. I mean, I understand what everybody's talking about. Like, I understand what Heather's talking about because of the way that Meredith is acting. It feels like she's trying to gaslight you, which is just a horrible, horrible thing when somebody does that. Like, don't try and make me think that I'm crazy because I was there, I heard, I saw. But like I said, I just think Meredith's just...
She's just not gonna say it. She's just not gonna say it.
Kelli (28:58.03)
She's never going to admit it. She's never going to admit it. And for some reason, production's protecting her, probably because in the same way they're protecting themselves. So at this point, they got to all let it go because it's not going anywhere.
Lori (29:13.023)
No, it's not going anywhere.
And did you, did you clock when Meredith, you know, everybody went around and said, hear ye, hear ye, because Bronwyn wanted everybody to throw out some kind of resolution for their new founded friendship. When Meredith says, hear ye, hear ye, she doesn't say ye, Y-E-E, she says, gee. Hear gee, hear gee.
Kelli (29:28.577)
yeah.
you
Kelli (29:43.246)
Meredith said that?
Lori (29:44.802)
Watch it again.
Kelli (29:47.117)
Sorry, she is dumb
Lori (29:49.581)
hear Guy, hear Guy. But you know, she always has like, we know how we're always talking about her speech.
Kelli (29:57.785)
You know what? I take that back. I apologize for saying that. She actually does have a hearing loss and wears hearing aids.
Lori (30:03.809)
So maybe that's why she was saying that.
Kelli (30:04.962)
Yep. Yeah. I apologize for saying that because she does. She does. I believe she does wear hearing aids.
Lori (30:12.309)
Yeah, so instead of hear ye, she said hear gee.
Kelli (30:16.341)
that's interesting. Okay, well, we know why. Sorry, I shouldn't have said that. Take it back.
Lori (30:19.789)
But, no, like, wait, listen, this is the thing. It's hear ye hear ye. Just like, cause you can't hear it. Yeah, because you can't hear it doesn't mean you don't know what it means already. You know it's hear ye, you know it's not hear gee. So don't apologize because you're right.
Kelli (30:29.816)
But she might not hear it that way.
Kelli (30:35.392)
Bye.
Right. Right. Yeah.
Lori (30:43.051)
I mean, it's- she's not mispronouncing it because of she's hearing it's wrong and it's a word she doesn't know. She knows what the word is. Everybody knows hear ye hear ye.
Kelli (30:54.862)
Yeah, yeah, no, you're right. Well, then Meredith is calling everyone a liar. And then she denies calling Heather a liar. Like, just called everybody a liar. then Heather's like, you called me a liar. And she's like, no, I didn't. It's like, what?
Lori (31:14.583)
Yeah, it's crazy. So on the after show, Meredith said that, you know, they all come up with all these things, talking about the resolutions and the things that they're going to change, but they only apply to themselves, but not to her and Lisa.
Kelli (31:33.798)
I'm so over that. They're not being held to a higher standard. They are holding themselves to a higher standard.
Lori (31:35.562)
Mm-hmm.
Lori (31:41.367)
There you go. And Whitney said she thought her relationships were better after the amendments with Lisa and Meredith and then production cuts to Meredith and asked the same question. do you think you have any better relationships with any cast? And I was like, nope. I'm like, all right. I guess you got that one wrong, Whitney.
Kelli (32:05.12)
Mareneth and Lisa since season one have always thought that they were better than the rest of them. They always have had that air about them.
Lori (32:11.933)
there you go.
And Bron once had something great. She said that this whole thing with this
Boston tea spilling party was a historically accurate way for us to be awful to each other. That's good. That's good. Good. And now how about Lisa, when they were, what was Meredith with the drug test? I was like, but you're not making any sense because no one's talking about what anybody else is doing. We're talking about what you're doing. If you wanted to, right. If you wanted to say,
Kelli (32:31.564)
Yeah, she ain't lying.
Kelli (32:48.322)
Right, so you go take one.
Lori (32:51.979)
Okay girls, I brought a drug test with me. I'm gonna go in the bathroom. You can all stand outside and I'll show you the results as soon as I come out. That would make sense. Giving everybody else a drug test in Café Yard made no sense. I was like... And Lisa, how about Lisa? I don't do drugs. I've never done a drug. I'm a tequila girl. Girl, alcohol is a tequila.
Kelli (33:07.51)
Not at all.
Kelli (33:19.991)
is a drug.
Lori (33:20.707)
I mean, alcohol is a drug. What do think AA is?
Kelli (33:24.984)
Right, right.
Lori (33:29.837)
So it was like, I read a quote online, somebody said about the episode. Said it was community theater reality show. I thought that was good.
Kelli (33:39.394)
Yeah, when they sat down Mary's like, is this a play? we in a play? I don't know if you heard this. It was kind of all over the internet, but Andy Cohen on his radio station said that Jen Shaw is being released from jail. But let me make it make this very clear. She is not coming back to the housewives. She is not coming back on. I don't even think she would ever be on Bravo again, he said. But she will not be involved in anything he does. Now, it is very interesting to me.
Lori (33:42.883)
Are we ready play?
Lori (33:56.449)
or she's not coming back.
Kelli (34:09.166)
that he's taking this stand with her.
Lori (34:12.755)
because he said that there's a line. Well, I don't know where that line's been the rest of the time with the rest of the people. I guess you just, I guess you just found a stick to draw the line in the sand because
Kelli (34:15.118)
Cough
Kelli (34:23.021)
Exact.
Kelli (34:29.878)
Exactly. This isn't going to stop.
Lori (34:34.773)
All right, well, we're done anyway.
Kelli (34:37.922)
Sorry, we'll have to talk about that next time, because I'm not gonna stop coughing. And it's annoying the fuck out of me. I'm sure it's annoying the fuck out of everybody else.
Lori (34:41.419)
Okay, night night.
Lori (34:46.957)
Alright, so we'll catch you next time. Please leave us nice reviews. Bye.
Kelli (34:52.281)
Thank you. Bye.
