RHOC S20 E3 Recap: Shannon & Tamra Finally Call a Truce?

RHOC Season 20 Episode 3 Recap: "Why Can't We Be Friends" – Summary

The emotional centerpiece of the episode is Vicki Gunvalson's attempt to repair the fractured friendship between Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge. After weeks of insults and hurt feelings, Vicki arranges a lunch at The Quiet Woman, hoping to get the former best friends back on speaking terms. While Shannon confronts Tamra about publicly calling her a drunk, broke, and unlovable, Tamra insists she's been hurt too. After plenty of awkward moments, Vicki plays peacemaker, reminding them that neither has done anything unforgivable—they've simply said hurtful things. Tamra finally offers a sincere apology, and Shannon agrees she's willing to move forward, leaving the door open for a fresh start.

Elsewhere, Jenn Pedranti faces one of her toughest parenting moments yet. After her son Grayson receives a speeding ticket, he breaks down emotionally, admitting that the divorce and limited time with his father affect him every day. Jenn is heartbroken as Grayson reveals he misses his dad and feels overwhelmed. Their emotional conversation ends with both apologizing to each other, making it one of the episode's most touching moments.

Tamra helps daughter Sophia move into her new apartment while revealing that Vicki has been pushing her to reconcile with Shannon. Meanwhile, Shannon remains skeptical, believing Tamra conveniently forgets all the hurtful comments she's made.

Heather Dubrow and Emily Simpson celebrate Emily's birthday, where a humorous gag gift—a Dior clutch hiding a vibrator—becomes the talk of the episode. The prank continues when Carmella explains to her daughters why she ordered multiple vibrators to make sure one fit inside the purse, leading to a surprisingly funny family discussion about humor, boundaries, and accepting gifts.

Emily later helps Jenn clean out her closet, sharing how family struggles can impact children differently and encouraging Jenn to stay emotionally connected to Grayson.

Tamra also visits Teddi Mellencamp, who opens up about her recovery and the emotional toll of her health battle. Tamra reflects on how watching Teddi fight cancer changed her perspective after experiencing her own health fears.

Meanwhile, Vicki discusses prenups with Jenn and Gina, while Gina later tells Travis that a prenup is non-negotiable if they ever get married. Travis admits he's still not ready to discuss wedding plans.

The episode ends on a hopeful note as Shannon and Tamra agree to put the past behind them, with Vicki celebrating what she hopes is the return of the "Tres Amigas" friendship.

Wendy (00:00.83)
Hi, welcome to We Wine Whenever. I'm Wendy.

Kelli (00:04.868)
I'm Kelly.

Lori (00:05.954)
And I'm Lori.

Wendy (00:08.219)
The band is back together. We have all three of us again.

Kelli (00:09.989)
Lori's back. Yep. We told them you were on vacation and then you were sick. Yeah.

Lori (00:11.478)
I'm back.

Yes, I'm ill but I'm back.

Wendy (00:18.046)
She's back. we're gonna be doing Real Housewives of Arn County Orange County, but before we do, I'd like to ask everyone to please head over to YouTube and subscribe and follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. And give us five star reviews and comment and tell your friends. And thank you for already have. So this is episode number three, Why Can't We Be Friends? Okay.

Kelli (00:38.555)
Thank you.

Wendy (00:45.756)
We start out with Tamra is packing up Sophia in garbage bags, which I thought was a little odd, but whatever.

Kelli (00:52.731)
Ha ha ha.

Lori (00:52.75)
Like the low low budget. Like you couldn't go get like a tote.

Kelli (00:59.607)
Or boxes like just go to Staples and get some boxes. Yeah. I I I I didn't even catch that. Like I wow.

Wendy (01:00.018)
Something.

Lori (01:02.134)
Right. Cardboard box.

Wendy (01:04.369)
Yeah.

Lori (01:06.285)
Yeah.

Wendy (01:08.188)
Yeah.

Lori (01:09.376)
I thought that to myself too. I was like, okay. I thought this was about like

Wendy (01:12.784)
Okay. Yeah.

Kelli (01:13.601)
And like Angelina from Jersey Shore when she showed up.

Wendy (01:16.24)
It's what it ri it it's what it reminded me of. Exactly. Angelina showing up with her garbage bag. and then we see Emily's meeting with Doctor Tim and Shannon meets her there. I'm not sure what kind of doctor Doctor Tim is. I mean, I don't know if he's a chiropractor or what he is, but

Lori (01:34.368)
I think he's a chiropractor, but when I saw that gym facility I was like, What in the low budget is this place? I was like

Kelli (01:42.861)
Yeah, I don't know. He was a chiropractor. They said he was a chiropractor, but he was in the middle of a gym.

Wendy (01:47.621)
Okay.

Lori (01:51.127)
It was very odd. And the gym was like not posh, not it was bizarre. I was like, I don't know, understand what's going on here, but okay.

Wendy (01:51.154)
Yeah.

Kelli (01:54.423)
It wasn't it was very small.

Kelli (02:01.262)
Yeah. And again the sh the stick with Shannon

Wendy (02:01.456)
Yeah, I mean yeah.

Kelli (02:07.47)
I can't take it anymore.

Wendy (02:07.954)
Yeah.

Lori (02:10.68)
She does have a lot of shit going on.

Wendy (02:11.198)
It's only episode three. It's only episode three. You're gonna have a couple more episodes to go with this.

Kelli (02:12.922)
A

Wendy (02:21.434)
so she's telling Shannon at about the party w as she was leaving, she went up to Tamara to give her a hug at her birthday party and Tamar said, good, I can let iHeart know that they can now invite you to parties 'cause you haven't been at any of the events. And Emily's like, sh we go sit back down. She's like, no, no, you know, I'm only kidding. I'm like, No, she wasn't only kidding. She was not kidding.

Kelli (02:48.378)
She was not kidding. She was not kidding. She most definitely blackballed Emily from anything at iHeart.

Lori (02:48.672)
No, no. That was douchey.

Wendy (02:55.76)
Yes. Yes. and Shannon's like, listen, this is why I'm done with her. I just can't deal with that. Like I'm done with that. I don't need this in my life anymore. And I don't blame her to be quite honest with you.

Kelli (03:06.265)
I don't blame her either.

Lori (03:06.592)
Yeah, who would want to deal with that?

Wendy (03:08.816)
Yeah. Then we see more of Tamara and Eddie and Nico and Sophia like getting to the new place and we see furniture and other very eclectic things. When I was watching her unpack and looking at her furniture, she so reminded me of Maddie of like just you know, the picture of that woman and she you know

Lori (03:28.183)
she reminded me of my daughter. Like that my daughter would have that on the wall two seconds. I loved it.

Kelli (03:32.824)
Yeah. And when she was like so she said whatever she said about her and Tamar's like, How do you know? She's like, She told me.

Wendy (03:33.085)
Yeah.

Wendy (03:38.842)
Right.

Lori (03:39.086)
Her fa her father was a jeweler or something. Yeah, absolutely. That's great.

Kelli (03:40.983)
Any one of our kids, you know, would have that. Yeah.

Wendy (03:43.196)
Yes, yes, yes.

Wendy (03:47.842)
Wendy (03:52.425)
Then Tamara in her confessional said that, you know, she's trying to move on with Shannon, but she just you know, she just wants me to be the villain in her story. That is actually not the case. It's not the case.

Kelli (04:04.07)
but sh you are the villain in her story. You are the one who was calling her a drunk and a s and a lush and t saying she's poor and she'll never get a man. You are the fucking villain in her story. 'Cause a friend wouldn't say that stuff.

Lori (04:06.206)
That's I was gonna say. And everybody's story, right?

Wendy (04:18.44)
Yeah.

Lori (04:19.798)
No. That's crazy. So let me ask you, is sh is she married? Is Tamra married?

Wendy (04:22.652)
Yeah, and then Shannon. Okay.

Yes, to Eddie.

Kelli (04:27.256)
Yeah, Tamra's married, yeah.

Lori (04:29.004)
And has she been married for a long time?

Kelli (04:31.396)
So when Tamara came on the show in season three, she was married to Simon Barney, the father of three of her children. Her first son was from another marriage. She was married to Simon for a couple of years and then divorced him. He was a a bit controlling, like nobody really blamed her for divorcing him, but immediately thereafter was dating Eddie Judge. And then they got married. And a three part special.

for their wedding. And they have been married ever since. And actually they seem to be a very good fit because love or hate Tamara. He lo he loves her craziness. Like he embraces it.

Lori (05:16.91)
I was gonna say you gotta have somebody who loves crazy to deal with that.

Kelli (05:20.119)
Yeah.

Wendy (05:20.286)
Like, I don't know if he embraces it or just tolerates it. I because he seems unbothered. Yeah, well, he's very unbothered. I mean, he does, he does his big thing is hers, is it is that she doesn't lie, which I'm thinking that's all she does do is lie. But in his in his mind, she says, Tamar doesn't lie. She just she's just a truth teller and she calls people out on the truth. And I'm like, not exactly, but okay. He's drinking her Kool-Aid.

Kelli (05:23.554)
He's supportive of her though, I feel like. He's unbothered. He's unbothered.

Kelli (05:37.805)
One hundred percent.

Kelli (05:46.764)
No. Right. Yeah.

Lori (05:47.808)
Mm, okay. Yeah.

Wendy (05:52.517)
and Shannon in her confessional says she you know, Tamara must have amnesia because just two weeks ago she was saying horrible and hurtful things about her and that was actually at the quiet woman when they were filming for the ultimate girls trip. So sh you know, I I can see why she doesn't want to move forward.

Kelli (06:10.565)
Yeah. I mean why

I don't understand how their lives are playing out on camera and Tamara can sit there and act like she's surprised that Shannon doesn't want to be her friend when everything she's done to Shannon has been on camera. And yes, Shannon got a DUI and crashed into somebody's house, like horrific situation. Took one hundred percent accountability for it, went to, you know, treatment for it, paid her dues to society for it.

Lori (06:14.04)
Well this is

Kelli (06:43.973)
had the breathalyzer put in her car, like she did everything the right way. And Tamara still came back that season and buried her. Was horrible to her.

Lori (06:57.582)
Well, this is a thing. If somebody's in their fifties, sixties, that's who they are. There's no there's no big change coming. So if you know, if you have the same result, then that's gonna be the same result. It's just no you know.

Kelli (07:04.303)
That's right.

Kelli (07:19.248)
You are correct.

Wendy (07:19.932)
Yeah. I totally agree with you. Then we see Jen and Ryan are out shopping and they're talking about Grayson and Jen is is saying that she's really concerned about him and that he's been beating himself up since the ticket. And, you know, she says in her confessional that she's glad that she has a hundred percent custody of the children that, you know, she's officially divorced. But Ryan is is trying to explain to her

That part of the problem is that their father, Will, her ex, is not involved in the kids' life. Okay, you have a hundred percent custody. It's because he chose to check out. That that's why. Like he wasn't there for her kids. Which is sad because

Lori (07:57.375)
so the so her her ex is not involved per his choice or because she doesn't want him involved.

Wendy (08:04.946)
Per his choice.

Kelli (08:06.351)
Jennifer. Jennifer's ex will. Yeah. Not Div yeah. I mean, is this the first we're hearing about this? Because I mean, last season he was involved.

Lori (08:08.052)
Right, right. Okay.

Wendy (08:09.436)
Yeah.

Wendy (08:14.278)
No. Ryan.

No, he wasn't. Ryan has maintained this the whole time. That R Ryan has maintained this.

Kelli (08:20.673)
No, because she said that she would drop the kids off and try to talk to him and he wouldn't talk to her and so he it's not since the divorce that he's not involved. This is to me, this is a new storyline.

Wendy (08:31.88)
Well, this is Grayson. I don't think it is because Grayson is seventeen and they do have the younger son that they adopted. So I would imagine that would be a son that she would be dropping off. But Grayson is a of the age where he can decide whether or not he's going to go to his father's or not, or whether or not he feels comfortable there. So I mean, i I think it's been very evident since Ryan has been in the picture.

Because at one point he wasn't even paying, he wasn't paying any child support. He owed her a lot of money.

Kelli (09:01.273)
No, I know that. But but when they first separated they were doing the nesting thing where she would leave and he would come to the house to be with the kids. So he was definitely involved then. And she would go to Ryan's house.

Wendy (09:10.246)
Yes, yes. Well Yes, but then he stopped paying and she didn't know.

Kelli (09:19.813)
But I I I don't know. I feel like this is the first time we're hearing about this, but I I could be wrong. I mean it's I mean, what father would do that?

Wendy (09:29.416)
I mean, even last season the one son was asking his brother to co sign for him for a student loan 'cause the father wouldn't do it.

Kelli (09:37.241)
Yeah. Yeah.

Wendy (09:39.91)
Like he's not been the stellar dad. And you know, Ryan is trying to to tell Jen, like, listen, this isn't all your fault, but you know, this is what's happening and she doesn't really want to hear it, but we'll see a little bit later on when she does talk to to Grayson, she'll get his point of view.

Kelli (09:56.483)
It's just a shame that this guy's name, Will, is I mean, he's i they're not painting a pretty picture of him. So not that I hope this is true. I hope they're not embellishing what's really going on.

Lori (10:06.286)
Mm mm.

Kelli (10:16.622)
Because that would be a really shitty thing to do to somebody. But if it's true, then it's a really shitty thing he's doing to his kids.

Wendy (10:16.648)
I mean I would hope not.

Wendy (10:24.924)
I I mean honestly, I don't think that Jen would do that because there I mean many in the very beginning when they were having a difficult time, she would never even talk about the fact that he wasn't paying. She didn't want to paint him as that that father. She didn't want people to know. So I don't think that she would say this or it would come out if it wasn't really what was happening. She's not that kind of person who you know, I just don't see her that way. I mean listen, I'm not a huge fan of hers, but I don't see her being that that type of person.

Kelli (10:35.279)
Yeah.

Kelli (10:46.725)
Yeah.

Kelli (10:54.415)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Wendy (10:57.016)
Emily Heather is talking to Emily about the birthday and Heather is bummed by Jen's actions, which you know, I Jen just repeated what you said to her, you know, that you felt like you didn't have a buddy.

Kelli (11:17.199)
Heather, you said you said these things. She just repeated them because it's kind of her job to do that.

Wendy (11:22.992)
It is. I did think it was a little odd though when Emily is telling Heather that Carmelo gave her the gold dior clutch and like that was such a bad thing. I mean y yes, it was a little odd that there was a vibrator in there, but it was a gold dior clutch clutch, who cares?

Lori (11:23.766)
It is that kind of show.

Kelli (11:43.611)
So here's my thing with this situation. Emily was trying so Emily's like, I don't open gifts at my birthday party, which I personally agree with. I never had my kids do that when they were growing up. Like I but when Carmela said to her, Aren't you gonna open up your gifts? Emily made it like she wanted her to open it up so she could flex on the fact that she gave her a D or clutch. She wasn't. She wanted her to open it because the vibrator was in there and that's fucking hysterical.

Lori (11:43.629)
Right.

Lori (12:11.502)
Absolutely. Right. And I and I love

Wendy (12:13.318)
Right. It was a gag gift. It was a gag gift. Right.

Kelli (12:14.851)
It's a gag gift. And if you don't have enough of a sense of humor to get that, then lighten up. Like it

Lori (12:21.91)
And I love how Terry Terry was right away like, I get it. You open it up, you don't like the pocketbook? Go fuck yourself. I loved it. I was like he was like right on it. He was like, What's the problem? Well, you know, I just walk in, I solve it all. It was great.

Kelli (12:35.675)
That's so funny. That's so funny.

Lori (12:37.676)
That great. Thought that was funny.

Wendy (12:40.226)
the next scene we see is Vicky meets up with Jen and Gina, and Gina asks Vicky what her her thoughts are on prenups, which I thought, well, that was a nice scene to see. I mean, you know, Vicki said that it was I guess it was a morning, you know, meetup and that she was going to do she does like seminars or she like speaks to women on, you know, financial stability. I mean, she's been a successful business owner since we've known her. So I'm

Kelli (13:06.745)
Yeah, she really has.

Wendy (13:09.008)
I like that she is tapping into to Vicky's knowledge, right?

Lori (13:17.89)
Now I want to ask you guys, there was a scene with Heather, and I don't know exactly where it was in the midst of things, but she's looking through a tote and she says the things are her mother's and she pulls out an album and she goes, just like my childhood, and I was like, What? What's up with that?

Wendy (13:18.504)
Then they mm-hmm.

Wendy (13:34.473)
yeah. It's moldy.

Wendy (13:43.208)
Well y I think we'll see it play out. We'll see it Yeah.

Kelli (13:43.407)
We don't know, but I feel like we're gonna find out.

Lori (13:46.964)
Okay. Okay. I didn't know whether that was something I didn't know about.

Kelli (13:48.495)
Like, I don't know what she what her plan is this season. It's gotta have something to do with her mother, her childhood, and obviously her blaming her mother for something.

Lori (13:59.289)
For something. Okay, okay. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything 'cause I was like, what's what's that about?

Wendy (14:00.616)
Yeah.

Kelli (14:06.211)
Yeah. Maybe we're gonna see some childhood trauma from Heather. It might explain a lot. 'Cause I know people who went to college with her and they said she's the same Heather on TV as she was then. Very pretentious.

Wendy (14:06.555)
No.

Lori (14:10.036)
okay.

Did she grow up very

Wendy (14:13.704)
Yeah.

Lori (14:21.612)
Jesus same fancy pants. Did she grow up with wealthy? It seems to me like she did. It seems to me like she did. Yeah.

Kelli (14:26.995)
it sounds like she may have. It sounds like she may have. I mean they lived in a her parents lived in Amsterdam for a little while. It I forgot what'd she say her was her father an engineer? Or am I thinking of your father, Wendy?

Lori (14:41.27)
Or was he a doctor? I wanna say he was a doctor. I think he was a doctor. Yeah. And the mom sure is set up from something, so

Wendy (14:41.606)
I I think he might have been a doctor. I think he might have been a doctor. Yeah.

Kelli (14:43.419)
Okay. Okay. Okay.

Kelli (14:52.217)
That's what I mean. I think w whatever her father did, he he did very well. But who knows when she was younger, maybe it wasn't like that.

Lori (14:53.442)
Yeah.

Lori (14:56.802)
Yes, that's what I'm thinking.

Lori (15:01.058)
Yeah, I don't know. But I just was wondering about that.

Kelli (15:02.447)
Like I plan on being very well off when I'm not paying for my children er anymore. I plan on being very well off when these fuckers get out of my house.

Lori (15:08.652)
Yeah, so maybe things have changed. Okay.

Wendy (15:08.99)
These little blood suckers.

Lori (15:15.596)
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. The leeches. The leeches leave, yeah.

Kelli (15:19.151)
Sucking the ever living life out of me.

Wendy (15:19.368)
Yeah.

Wendy (15:23.902)
So then they asked Vicky about Michael and she says that, you know, that one that they're they don't co mingle their money and that he does have a ring, but he hasn't given it to her yet, and he kind of like holds it over her head, which Jen found that very offensive and thought that that was a horrible thing. I it doesn't bother it's so funny 'cause it doesn't bother me and it doesn't seem like it bothers Vicky either.

Kelli (15:46.469)
I don't like that either.

Lori (15:47.99)
I don't like it.

Wendy (15:53.096)
To be quite honest with you.

Kelli (15:53.691)
I mean th I dun I mean, the fact that he has it and he hasn't given it to her yet, okay, but holding it over her head like what does she have to make sure she behaves herself before she can get it?

Yeah.

Wendy (16:07.59)
I don't know. I g maybe we'll see more about that, you know, how that plays out. and she tells the girls that she's meeting with Tamar and Shannon the next day because she wants them to be friends. She wants to bring back the Trace Amigas. And, you know, they're like, Okay, good luck with that. then we see Carmela's talking with her two daughters. Those girls, they are a handful. I mean, they keep missing school. They keep missing school.

Lori (16:32.194)
Girls are.

Kelli (16:34.117)
Yeah, but they're yeah.

Wendy (16:37.166)
one was to watch a show, another time because she had a tan. I'm like, boy.

Lori (16:39.918)
Now I saw a social media Yeah. I saw a social media post it was s by s some lawyer did a post. She was out in New York and she was saying that so the she's still married that Carmella. And her yeah, so her husband lives with his girlfriend in their house.

Kelli (16:43.257)
That's privilege right there. That's that's major privilege.

Wendy (17:02.48)
Yeah, she is. She told us that.

Lori (17:09.718)
And she lives in her house with her kids. And the lawyer was saying that the reason why they probably did that is because if you get divorced in California, you have to do a fifty fifty split of custody. So they decided so they decided to keep it the way that it is so that everything could be cool, just how it was. Like it it wasn't like

Wendy (17:09.939)
Yes.

Wendy (17:22.642)
That's what she said.

Kelli (17:23.188)
my

Lori (17:34.882)
The kids had to be with him fifty live with him fifty percent of the time, live with her fifty percent of the time. Yeah.

Kelli (17:40.995)
That's interesting that you can't come up with your own terms for custody. Like I knew it was a fifty fifty split, you know prop pr property, you know, chattel, whatever that word, chattel. but I didn't know that custody was required to be fifty fifty. That's interesting.

Lori (17:44.086)
I guess not. I guess not.

Lori (17:52.683)
Right, right.

Lori (17:59.361)
Yeah, so I was like, that's interesting. Okay. Kinda makes sense when you look at it that way, like why would you have this arrangement? But didn't that kinda make sense?

Wendy (18:03.016)
Yeah.

Kelli (18:06.032)
Mm-hmm.

Wendy (18:10.502)
And if it works for them, like, you know, that's really all that matters, right?

Lori (18:12.438)
Yeah.

Kelli (18:13.697)
Absolutely do what you have to do. We know plenty of people who are working the system in their favor at the taxpayers expense. They're not even doing that. They're doing it at their own expense. So have at it. Everybody out there do what works for you.

Lori (18:20.45)
Mm.

Yes. Right. Right. Right.

Wendy (18:26.515)
Yeah.

Lori (18:30.828)
Right. And there's probably some, you know there's probably some other reasons too why they're not getting actually divorced. There could be like financial situations, maybe they wait until the kids are out of college, you know, dividing of property and blah blah blah and it's just easier to keep it the way it is. So

Wendy (18:45.373)
Yeah.

Wendy (18:52.522)
then her daughter brings up that she went to the store the other day to buy cough drops and she didn't realize that she had to be over eighteen. I didn't either, to be quite honest with you. I mean what the heck is in the cough drops? I've never heard of that, but okay. she said

Lori (19:03.022)
No, I don't see there. We don't know yep.

Kelli (19:07.487)
I've never heard of that either. Maybe like if you're buying like night quilt or something like that, but cough drops?

Lori (19:14.676)
Like a medicated cough drop. Maybe a medicated cough drop.

Wendy (19:19.004)
Aga again, I don't know specifically what it was, but that's what she said. But the guy next to her right. The guy next to her offered to buy it for her and sh you know, sh she said, you know, no, thank you. And her sister's like, you should have let him and Camaro's like, No, you don't ever accept gifts from men ever. I'm like, it wasn't exactly a gift. He was trying to help the kid get her cough drops. Like, I don't think I don't think it was exactly I mean

Kelli (19:21.593)
Yeah, and who knows in California it could be totally different.

Kelli (19:41.539)
Yeah, exactly. He wasn't hitting on her. He was like, I'm sorry you have a cough and you need these and can't buy them. Let me help you out. Not I expect you to go in the car with me and, you know.

Lori (19:41.677)
Right, right.

Lori (19:45.942)
Right. Right. Right. But I would

Wendy (19:49.439)
Right Yes, exactly. Right. Right, right, right.

Lori (19:56.461)
Right. But I would imagine from her background, she's tainted to you know, especially she was a Playboy bunny and I'm sure I'm sure she encountered all kinds of goings on that if you, you know, let a guy open a door for you, something was expected in return kind of thing. So she I'm sure that's what her problem is with that.

Kelli (20:02.106)
Yeah, maybe.

Kelli (20:08.648)
living at the Playboy mansion, I'm sure she mm. Mm-hmm.

Kelli (20:19.567)
You're right. You're right.

Wendy (20:23.762)
Well, she does say that. She does mention that that's you know where it stems from. Then Emily goes over to Jen's house and she's gonna help her try and figure out her closet, like to clean out her clothes because Ryan takes up too much space and so

Kelli (20:41.051)
That cracked me up that her biggest issue is the fact that Ryan needs more room in the closet than her. I I mean, listen, and I like Ryan, but that is such a red flag to me. Like he is so what's that? Like metrosexual, I guess?

Wendy (20:51.591)
I know.

Lori (21:00.859)
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Wendy (21:01.266)
Yeah. Mm-hmm. But he's always been that way, and it's his house, so you know what I mean? Yeah. So but some of those dresses she was pulling out.

Kelli (21:03.609)
Not my thing, man.

Kelli (21:07.781)
That's true though, it is his house and he was there before her, so

But my God, get rid of some of those sleeveless black well, look at me, I'm the potcoal in the kettle black. Get s rid of some of those sleeveless black shirts. And make some room.

Lori (21:22.722)
Yeah. The plethora of them. Yeah. Funny.

Wendy (21:29.288)
But some of those dresses she had in her closet were pretty hideous as well.

Lori (21:32.003)
yeah, they were yeah.

Kelli (21:32.645)
Yeah.

Wendy (21:35.138)
So Jen is talking to Emily about, you know, something's going on with Grayson ever since the speeding ticket and Emily opens up about you know, last year she was really focused on Luke and she noticed that her daughter Annabelle seemed a little off and, you know, she recognized because she was kind of feeling left out and she's made it a point to, you know, make sure she's there to pick her up for cheer practice and goes in, you know, a half hour early so she can watch her a bit, so she feels like she's there for her, which is so important.

I recently read about about this whole situation when you have a a child or a person in your family that requires more attention than the others, that the other ones it's called like the invisible person syndrome or the invisible child syndrome, which I believe is a real thing, you know? I never heard it called that before, but it definitely makes sense.

Kelli (22:08.804)
It is important.

Lori (22:26.879)
yeah, yeah, absolutely. Yeah.

Kelli (22:31.483)
Definitely makes sense. Definitely checks out.

Wendy (22:34.192)
Yeah. Tamra shows up at Teddy's house and Teddy is no longer taking the medication that makes her shake. The doctor is saying that it's just gonna take time and that, you know, she gets emotional when she's talking about that because it could be so much worse. Like some people can't walk after this and she should really be grateful. And she feels bad because she doesn't feel grateful. And listen, it's your journey. You don't have to feel bad. Like, you know, you don't.

Kelli (23:01.261)
No.

Lori (23:01.346)
Right. Yeah, and didn't didn't they just didn't she just do a post that it's back again too?

Wendy (23:07.971)
I didn't see that.

Lori (23:09.014)
I think so.

Kelli (23:09.327)
I didn't see it either, but I it wouldn't surprise me 'cause I mean her prognosis from the beginning wasn't great, although I think that in this scene she looks amazing.

Lori (23:12.107)
So yeah.

Wendy (23:19.036)
Yeah.

Lori (23:19.294)
She's just so absolutely stunningly beautiful. I mean, if you can look like that with no hair, she's like Charlie's Theron. Like if you can l i when she was in that Thunderdome, like if you can look hot bald, you gotta go in.

Kelli (23:24.015)
Yes.

Kelli (23:34.459)
Yeah. Yes. Exactly. Exactly. But I love how Tamra was like, I'm not gonna make this about me. But when I went through last year, I'm like, You just fucking made it about you.

Wendy (23:38.984)
Yeah.

Lori (23:39.618)
Going on.

Lori (23:46.606)
We went through this. How does Teddy how does Teddy put up with her? How does Teddy put up with her? How is it amazing.

Kelli (23:56.355)
It's the whole two Ts thing. They're they're so reliant on each other and and for good reason they're yes. Yes. Because it was two people who random people who didn't know each other that they put together, which, you know, again, I said it last week. It wasn't even supposed to be Teddy on that show. It was supposed to be somebody else. I mean, it wasn't supposed to be Tamara. It was always gonna be Teddy. It was supposed to be somebody else. She backed out and then Tamra got the gig.

Lori (24:01.614)
It's just a bizarre relationship, right? Very bizarre.

Lori (24:20.022)
Yeah.

Kelli (24:23.107)
And listen, they're extremely successful, so you can't take it away from them. But they're very reliant on each other for that. they're very close. But you know, Teddy blind is blindly loyal to people. And you he I I had to stop listening to two Ts because of that blind loyalty. Well, her and Dolores. She's blindly loyal to Tamra. Tamra was Tamara is using Teddy's diagnosis as an excuse for being a complete jerk-off.

Wendy (24:27.294)
They are close. They are very close though. They are very close. Yeah.

Lori (24:44.91)
Kelli (24:52.837)
That first season or last season, whatever season that was.

Lori (24:55.372)
Right.

Wendy (24:58.29)
Yeah, well there was talk. I did listen to their podcast recently and it was like questions, you know, like viewers sent in questions, and one of the questions was about if Teddy was would you know, would be interested in joining the OC. And the answer was that yes, she she would be, but it would really like she wouldn't want it to ruin their friendship. Like her friendship with Tamara is way more important to her than

Kelli (25:24.229)
But it would ruin their friendship because Tamara is nobody's friend when it comes down to it on this show. So it really would ruin their friendship. She shouldn't do it.

Wendy (25:34.385)
No, I agree. And honestly, I don't know that her health is there for her to do it. But sh well, pro and sh they did say that she did film quite a bit this season, so we'll see her probably a couple more times, depending on what gets edited. I'm sure she does. Why would she do it for free? Well, she doesn't have to, but I'm sure she does. I'm sure she's got a good manager that negotiates that for her, right? Yeah.

Lori (25:38.358)
You do it, yeah.

Kelli (25:47.311)
And I'm sure she gets paid for that, right? She has to get paid for that. Yeah.

Kelli (25:58.426)
Right. Yeah.

Lori (25:59.587)
Mm-hmm.

Wendy (26:03.984)
And they had talked about on the podcast, by the way, they had talked about Gina Keogh, who is still in the hospital, about she's a former O. C. housewife, tongue cancer. And they were saying that they had just seen her recently at it might have been a premiere or something, and she had already had part of her tongue like removed and

Kelli (26:12.005)
Yeah. Tongue cancer, right?

Wendy (26:30.096)
She was in a tremendous amount of pain and she had some sort of infection because she was in the hospital. They were supposed to be putting in a feeding tube because she hadn't eaten. She hadn't been able to eat in weeks and they couldn't put the feeding tube in until the infection gets under control. So let's keep Gina Keyo in our prayers because that is a horrible thing. That's a horrible thing. I don't know if they do. Yeah, I don't know, to be honest with you. I don't know.

Kelli (26:48.763)
Absolutely.

Lori (26:51.47)
Horrible.

Kelli (26:52.005)
Do they know what causes that?

Lori (26:54.414)
Do they it causes anything?

Kelli (26:56.699)
No, you're right. You're right.

Wendy (26:59.954)
but that was brought up and I was like, gosh, that's horrible. But I was glad to hear that, you know, one that they've seen her recently. Tamar had said that she was supposed to be meeting up with her next week, but now she's in the hospital. She you know, maybe sh if she can visit her there, you know, if she's allowed visitors, she probably will go. I would hope, you know.

The next thing is Gina and Travis go out to dinner and Gina is telling Travis about Carmella and asks him what his thoughts are about the prenup. And you know, I he doesn't s he doesn't seem to give too much inform like he's just like, Yeah, whatever, you know.

Lori (27:43.582)
He seemed pretty chill.

Kelli (27:45.071)
Yeah, I agree.

Wendy (27:45.245)
Yeah, she's she said for her it's a non negotiable, which good for her, it should be a non negotiable, right? She feels that she's worked hard for her career and she's made it perfectly clear that she's more successful than he is. I mean, I'm sure it's because she does real estate and is on the show, but that's okay. but he says he doesn't want to talk about the wedding for six months. Like we're you know, we're engaged now, we're not gonna be talking about a date. And then she brings up about changing her name.

Kelli (28:00.249)
Yeah, exactly.

Wendy (28:11.946)
so I guess that's gonna be a conversation a couple more times, which who who change it, don't change it. Honestly I don't really care. I don't really need to

Kelli (28:19.109)
Think it's a b I think it's an interesting topic because when my sister got married, she didn't want to change her name because she was already established in her career and people knew her with that name. It was very important to her husband that she change her name and take his name. So she did. So now they're divorced. So but once they got divorced, the question came up again. Like, does she go back?

to her made it she didn't because of her children. But I I mean, I don't think she's ever gonna remarry.

Wendy (28:57.739)
Ha ha

Kelli (29:00.235)
but if she does, I wonder if she would consider taking that person's last name. I hope she wouldn't, but that's for different reasons. I think it's an interesting topic, but I could see why Travis would want Gina to take his last name, and I honestly kind of think she should now. Her kids still have her ex-husband's last name. He's very involved in their lives. You know, I know they're in school, so it's a little

Difficult, but I don't know. I feel like she should take Travis. Like, give Travis a solid. Do him a solid. Take his name.

Wendy (29:38.982)
I'm just saying it's the third episode and we've already had two conversations about the name. Like I'm just like, do we how many conversations do we need about this name change? 'Cause I I fear it's not the last.

Lori (29:42.176)
Right enough already about it.

Kelli (29:43.237)
We have we have heard about it on the

Here we are.

Lori (29:48.866)
Right.

Lori (29:52.214)
Let's hope. I can only hope.

Kelli (29:53.603)
I don't think it's the last. I think this is all Gina's got. Name change, Prenup.

Wendy (29:58.804)
Yeah.

Wendy (30:02.248)
Yep. Shannon is trying to give her dogs medicine and she's trying to stick it in different fruits. I mean, Lori, you have dogs in the past. Is that what you do? Is do you stick it in fruit like that?

Lori (30:12.726)
It's difficult. It's difficult. Yeah. Well, I don't know if yeah, you do it in cheese, peanut butter, there's but they're they're quite savvy. They're like when you're trying to give a medicine to like a two year old and they eat everything but spit the pill out. It's the same. It's the same thing. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. I was laughing at that.

Kelli (30:17.115)
Cheese, peanut butter.

Kelli (30:29.881)
Exactly.

Wendy (30:30.258)
Ha

Kelli (30:33.87)
You know, it always it I always thought to myself, like, why don't they have liquid medicine for animals for this reason?

Lori (30:42.868)
Yeah, I don't know. Maybe it's some some formulations just you can't do liquid. I don't know. You know.

Kelli (30:48.591)
Yeah, like like I know what you're saying. Like dogs will eat everything around the pill and leave the pill in the bowl. There'd be a clean bowl and there's the pill sitting there. Yeah.

Lori (30:53.624)
And spit it right out. Right. And there's the pill. Yeah, absolutely. Just like a kid would do. Like, yeah, no.

Wendy (31:01.628)
Yeah. and then next we see Jen is talking to Cra to Grayson and he opens up a little bit, you know. He says that it's, you know, he's been having a hard time and that Jen's like, Well, are you mad at me? And he's like, No, like and then he starts crying. She's very emotional. She is I think she's projecting, you know, I think she's projecting on him, which then is making him more emotional. Like he's trying to

Lori (31:30.222)
Mm.

Wendy (31:31.824)
Say that, you know, my father's not in my life which is exactly what Ryan said. And she didn't want to hear it from Ryan and I don't know. I just I I give this kid a lot of credit for his age to open up like this on the show with a camera there.

Lori (31:49.303)
Yeah. Well this is this is the thing though. people even kids people who are in their sound mind don't drive at a hundred and five. It's not something it's not something that you do. Like you you drive in that manner for a reason. Like that's not just like a little throw ride.

That's like that's like excessive. That to me, that would be very, very worrisome for me. Like why why was it that you were going that fast?

Kelli (32:32.793)
Was he alone he wasn't alone in the car, right?

Lori (32:35.158)
I don't know, but but to me that that would be very that would be very concerning. I would not, even at that age, take it as, you know, he was just like joy rot

Wendy (32:35.752)
We don't know.

Wendy (32:49.468)
Well, as a mom to three boys, I I have to disagree with you. Boys have a need for speed. And honestly, I don't know what it was he was driving and I don't know where it was he was driving. If it was in a neighborhood, no, that's crazy. But if he was on like the Garden State Parkway or you know, the New Jersey turnpike, I mean, i it's it's it's not No, I and Right. No, I get it.

Lori (33:06.242)
Right, right, right. Right.

Kelli (33:10.287)
I agree. I I'm not happy to agree with you because of the context of what we're talking about, but I agree with you. Same thing you're saying on a highway, yes, in a neighborhood, absolutely not. But I mean me neither.

Lori (33:14.05)
Mm.

Wendy (33:18.128)
It's it's definitely worrisome. huh.

Right. No. No. No. Yeah.

Lori (33:23.746)
Right, right.

I don't know. I don't like going really fast. So to me that's like that's you know.

Kelli (33:33.157)
But if they're in the car with a bunch of their boys and they're young, this kid's what, seventeen? Yeah. He's gonna push it to flex and, you know, look cool and this is unfortunately what some young men do. Boys, what some boys do. But

Lori (33:38.625)
Yeah.

Wendy (33:39.006)
Yeah.

Wendy (33:47.527)
Yeah.

Wendy (33:51.302)
Yes, yes, yes. It's scary though, it's a hundred percent scary.

Kelli (33:56.887)
It's very scary and it's so dangerous because we've had two horrible situations in the past couple of years right in our area, that have resulted in death because of this. So it's of course frightening to think about. But I don't think these knuckleheads think think like that.

Wendy (34:18.322)
They don't. They don't. They th they don't. I mean they get in these cars as if though it's, you know, Grand Theft Auto, like they're playing a video game. Which is sad. It's just sad. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm glad she had the conversation with him.

Lori (34:18.328)
Think clearly, right.

Kelli (34:24.983)
Exactly. That's I believe part of the problem. I I I believe. Yeah. Yeah.

Lori (34:25.526)
Right.

Absolutely. Yeah. True. True. Yeah.

Kelli (34:34.669)
However, with this this conversation does bring light to his mental health situation. So Lori, what you're saying, there could be something to that too.

Wendy (34:44.304)
A hundred percent. Yeah, and I hope she takes that seriously. I hope Jen, you know

Lori (34:44.376)
Yeah.

Lori (34:48.514)
That's what I'm that's that's the point that I was trying to make. That I you know, it wouldn't just be like, you know, you're an asshole, you were driving fast, you got this big ticket. To me, I would be like, What's like what's really going on? You know what I mean? Like I would just feel like there would be something underlying. I don't know.

Wendy (34:51.805)
Yeah.

Wendy (34:57.905)
Right.

Wendy (35:03.771)
Right.

Wendy (35:11.453)
Yeah.

Kelli (35:11.631)
And I think I think what you just said was her initial reaction, like, what the F is wrong with you? Blah blah blah. Like she freaked out on him, like any one of us would do. Maybe not Wendy, but you and I would definitely fly off the handle. And then I think what you said, like I think it maybe it hit her, even if it were a couple of days later, like, wait a minute, something else must be going on. And that's what prompted this conversation. And she felt guilty about her initial reaction, which

Lori (35:20.866)
Absolutely, yeah.

Wendy (35:23.612)
Ha ha ha

Lori (35:25.026)
Right. Right, Lewis R shut.

Lori (35:33.186)
Right. Right.

But it was

Wendy (35:37.693)
Yes.

Kelli (35:41.423)
You know, we're moms, so we just we just live in an in endless state of guilt.

Lori (35:42.062)
Right. Right. That's just

Wendy (35:42.502)
Right.

Wendy (35:48.306)
That's a fact. We can't do anything right.

Kelli (35:49.593)
Yep. Exactly. Exactly.

Lori (35:50.366)
Yeah.

But I felt bad for the kid. I mean who who I don't know. I just I don't know about that whole thing with like kids on these shows. Like y we can go to school and everybody's gonna be like, Yeah, so you're crying on TV with your mom, dude. Like I I just was like, Mm mm.

Kelli (36:10.113)
I I know.

I know. It was it was a hard scene to watch and I hope for his sake he's already graduated high school and is go going away to college somewhere. But yeah, he this is people are gonna know him from this for sure, for that scene.

Lori (36:22.188)
And it's you're right. Con, right? Wait. No one knows his name kind of thing.

Lori (36:31.594)
Yeah, it was just like I don't know, it just made me feel a little uncomfortable just because of that.

Wendy (36:32.221)
Yeah.

Kelli (36:35.041)
Mm-hmm. But but God bless him for being so honest and brave to talk about it on T V.

Wendy (36:37.83)
I agree.

Wendy (36:41.938)
Yeah, I I give him a lot of credit. I definitely do. the next thing we see is Vicky shows up at the quiet woman and she gets a hug from the owner. Of course everyone knows them there. It's you know, it's famous because of them. Just like just like Andele's is famous because of Vicky, right? Right. So sh

Kelli (36:58.587)
Quiet woman. Absolutely. Yes. Yeah.

Lori (37:04.492)
And her knee is still all jacked up, huh? She's still limping. Good god.

Kelli (37:06.971)
Yeah.

Wendy (37:07.91)
Yeah. Yeah. She's still having a hard time. So she's meeting up with Tamara and Shannon there. And before Shannon gets there, Tamara says, like, I just want, you know. she's like, you know, I just want I'm just telling you this. Like we've j we both done things to e each other. Like, I just want to move on. And Vicky's like, Well, you need to apologize. And she's like, No, I'm not apologizing. Well then guess what, Tamara? This is not going to work.

Kelli (37:34.843)
Then what are you doing here? Yeah, like what are you doing here? Because you were wrong. You were wrong. You said the things. Shannon didn't say the things. Shannon's being very smart. She's not saying a word. She's repeating what Tamra's saying about her, but she's not, you know, going back at Tamara for anything.

Wendy (37:36.614)
Right, this is not going to work. Right. Right.

Wendy (37:52.711)
No, she is. She is. She definitely is, and I'll be honest with you, I feel like if Vicky wasn't there sitting between them, this would have not ended the way it did.

Kelli (38:03.363)
It would have went horribly.

Wendy (38:05.318)
Yes. Yes. And good for Vicky for doing it. Good for Vicky for doing it. So Shannon shows up. They're all sitting there awkwardly in silence. And ta Tamara starts with, I'm glad that Vicky put this together. I know the two of us have been through a lot and done things to each other, but I would like to put this to a place and just move forward where we can have fun and get along. And Sharon's Shannon said, Well to me that's interesting that we're here because it was a month ago that you sat

Lori (38:15.362)
Very awkward. Very

Wendy (38:35.078)
At a booth here with a bunch of women, and you said that I was a drunk, that I'd never get a man, and I had no money. So how do you think that made me feel? And then Tamar starts, well, how do you think and Vicky's like, no, no. Answer the question. Answer the question. Which is absolutely right. So Tamara's like, okay, all right, probably not okay, probably not good. And I'm sorry. I'm sorry I said that. Like in her Tamar way.

Kelli (38:55.777)
Absolutely.

Kelli (39:02.299)
So insincere. So insincere. And I say that because it sounds insincere. It may really be the only way Tamara knows how to apologize, but it sucks. It sucks. Her apologies suck.

Wendy (39:04.174)
Right. Yep.

Lori (39:06.22)
Very insincere, and I don't even watch the show. I can tell you.

Wendy (39:15.1)
Yeah. It does.

Yeah. But then she goes on, I'm sorry, but and t Shannon said, but how does it make me feel when you go on live or something and you say to somebody that was a gift for me for you even to you for you to even film with me? And Shannon said, I did move forward from two years ago.

Lori (39:21.814)
But yeah.

Lori (39:35.544)
Well it wa wasn't it a gift?

Kelli (39:37.399)
It was a gift. It absolutely was a gift because Tamra was off the show. Right? We're talking about when Tamra came back.

Wendy (39:38.952)
Yeah.

Mm-hmm.

Wendy (39:47.27)
Yes. Yes.

Kelli (39:48.495)
So when Tamra came back, Shannon could have been like, I'm I'm all set. I'm good. And not filmed with her. We've we've seen it happen on Jersey. It's not like it can't happen. It was a gift, Tamra. You were fired.

Wendy (40:00.094)
Right. Right. Right.

And then Vicky is sitting there saying, We're making headway, we're making headway Vicki, she she makes

Kelli (40:11.567)
We are?

Lori (40:12.142)
She looked she looked a little nervous. She did look a little nervous.

Kelli (40:15.195)
She was very nervous.

Wendy (40:18.376)
So Shannon said, I feel like you were the pot calling the kettle black. She's like, you know, I met up with Emily and she told me that you went up to her and gave her a hug and you said, I can call iHeart now and let them invite you to the events. Tamara's like, I I was joking. I was joking. And

Lori (40:31.214)
The terrible my God.

Lori (40:36.204)
You guys take everything so serious.

Wendy (40:39.132)
Vicky jumped in again and said, Well you hurt her because that's what Shannon said, that you hurt Emily and Vicki jumped in and said, Well you hurt her.

Kelli (40:47.493)
You know what though? I I'm actually gonna take Tamara's side on this. I don't think Shannon should have brought I know. Hold on to your seats, ladies. Why is Shannon bringing up Emily in this moment? Like, I I understand Emily's your friend, but that's Emily's gig. You're here to talk about you and Tamara. She sh that was like silly that she even brought that Emily thing up.

Wendy (40:52.787)
Wait, why? Okay.

Lori (41:14.296)
Well, maybe maybe she was bringing it up like, okay, you you sitting here and you're telling me that like kinda you wanna change your ways, but you're still in the same ways because this is now this is a repeat of a pattern of a behavior. You're saying you know what I mean? You just said it to Emily, like you're still per right, right. I think that was kinda her

Wendy (41:14.846)
I think go ahead.

Kelli (41:29.785)
Right. Yeah. You're still doing it, I'm just not the target.

Wendy (41:32.154)
Exactly. Yep.

Right. I a hundred percent agree with you. That's why I think she was bringing it up because, you know, it's just Tamara saying what she feels she needs to say at the moment and then continuing to do whatever it is she does.

Kelli (41:40.43)
Okay. Okay.

Lori (41:49.272)
Right. Yeah. But I mean, doesn't it also isn't it also kind of

Kelli (41:49.273)
Right. The bad behavior. Yeah, you're right. You're right.

Wendy (41:51.453)
Yeah.

Lori (41:58.702)
I mean

Don't they kinda have to f kind of sorta for ratings wise and it's the twentieth, blah, blah, blah? Like, isn't it advantageous for them to kinda make up the three of them? You know what I mean? Like

Kelli (42:14.265)
Listen, if Jersey if Jersey has taught these ladies nothing, suck it up. Because literally, they're gonna get canceled. They're gonna be done. Jersey's gonna be done.

Wendy (42:14.578)
Definitely it is. I mean it's

Lori (42:22.166)
Right. I mean, especially this show has been on a long Right. Right. That well, the you could say maybe the same thing about OC. I've seen seen some posts that it's like kind of run its course and it's like blah blah blah. So it kind of seems a good way for the storyline to go to bring some of that like nostalgia back kind of a thing.

Kelli (42:44.335)
Yeah. I mean

The watching Shannon, Tamra, and Vicky together back in the day were great. It was great TV. However, and I meant to say this before, when Emily Emily and Gina joined the show together and immediately clicked and immediately became friends. And you can see we talked about this last week. I believe they have a true friendship, even outside of the show.

Lori (42:58.606)
Mm.

Kelli (43:16.931)
So first of all, shame on Emily for bringing up that whole Dior bag thing. Because this girl came on the show the 20th season by herself as a new girl. And and Emily knows what it's like to be a new girl because Vicky was horrible to her. They were horrible to her. I believe Tamra was too. They were horrible.

So Emily should be giving Carmelo way more grace than she is. And that so it was fun to watch the Trace Amigas, but they weren't very inviting to the new girls, including Emily and Gina, who were still on the show and who kiss their ass every chance they get.

Wendy (44:02.192)
And are still very good friends. Like they still get along.

Lori (44:02.518)
Now I wanted to ask you, does Tamra ever do any of this shit to fancy pants?

Kelli (44:10.767)
Never, never, ever.

Lori (44:12.603)
Mm. That's interesting.

That's interesting. I was wondering that. I was wondering like, hm Cause I can s I can see like l little bits of it, you know, things like grab here and there that she was like that with other people. But then I was like, Well, she never liked that with Heather.

Kelli (44:21.337)
Nope.

Wendy (44:32.828)
No, she's not like that with Heather. No.

Lori (44:34.252)
Mm. She I think 'cause she knows better.

Kelli (44:35.641)
Never. She knows better and Heather listen, Heather has the wealth out of everybody on OC. Vicki has wealth too. I'm not I'm not saying she doesn't, but obviously Heather's in a different tax bracket than Vicki. Heather's not going anywhere. She fits in on OC very nicely. She wants to be top dog. She is top dog. She goes to Beverly Hills, they're gonna eat her alive. But

Wendy (44:47.176)
Yeah.

Lori (44:51.534)
Mm.

Kelli (45:05.933)
She's right where she's supposed to be and Tamara knows that. But Heather has also said that she's scared of Tamara and what she and the things she can do. So I think they both tread very very lightly with each other.

Lori (45:19.97)
Lightly around each other. Mm-hmm.

Wendy (45:22.374)
Yeah, I agree with that. you know, then Vicky opens up a little bit and she's like, I don't wanna be in the middle of this. Like, you know, my I hold my friendships very sacred. Like I don't have family around me. I don't have family here. And, you know, I love you. Like, you know, Tamara, you're you have a Spitfire personality. And Shannon's like, Yeah, I'm I'm well aware of that. And Vicky said, There's nothing that's that's that bad that we can't move on. Like, you know, we didn't you didn't sleep with each other's

Boyfriends or husbands. You didn't steal from each other. Like you just have both have sharp tongues. And she's right. I mean, she's absolutely right when she says that.

Kelli (45:57.101)
I love that Vicky said that given what el what's going on everywhere else in Bravo, where she's like, You didn't sleep with anybody no, nobody slept with e their e boyfriend or husband's like just because of everything that's going on in Bravo and has been for the past couple of years with that. Yeah.

Wendy (46:05.349)
Right. Right.

Wendy (46:12.732)
Yeah, yeah. No, I was glad that she said that. That you know, Shannon said, Absolutely, I can do that. Like I can move forward. I'm absolutely willing to move forward and have fun. And you know, they all get up and they're leaving together the three of them, and then Vicky's like, Can we can we do the three way text thing again? Like from time to time that we used to. Like like just a typical Vicky thing. Like, Yeah, of course we can do that, you know?

Kelli (46:36.389)
Yeah. She wants to trace a meager group chat.

Wendy (46:40.818)
Yeah. So then on Watch What Happens Live it was Octavia Spencer and Heather DuBrot. I did watch it, but it didn't take notes and so therefore I don't really remember what happened. So that's it.

Kelli (46:52.816)
I didn't watch it.

It was great. It was fantastic. Everybody should go watch it right now. Is there an after show for this right yet? Probably not, right? Because it's only the third episode, so probably not.

Lori (46:56.329)
well. Couldn't have been that interesting then.

Yeah. Couldn't have been that great.

Wendy (47:05.72)
No, there it has there not no no.

No. So we'll have to wait and see. I mean, I like the new girl Carmella. but I like new people.

Kelli (47:18.797)
I really like Carmela. I really, really like Carmella.

Wendy (47:24.038)
I like new people. So we'll have to wait and see. I know you don't always like I mean, just like Vicky. Vicki does not like new people.

Kelli (47:31.799)
No, I don't know I don't always, but I for some re I don't know, I don't know. I I I like her. I like that she's bringing like that energy, like she was a Playboy bunny and she was married to a quarterback. Like I just I like that. It's a draw. And her kids are like her kids are definitely privileged, like the not going to school and stuff like that. Like our kids aren't getting away with that bullshit. But

Wendy (47:48.028)
Yeah.

Yeah, it definitely is.

Kelli (48:00.409)
Like the kid not going to practice. Like that's like real shit that we all go through. So I like that they're showing that.

Wendy (48:04.872)
yeah. Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Lori (48:05.974)
Right, right. She just seems like she has an edge to her. And I think that's what you're like, Kelly. She has she definitely has an edge to her. Like I I can see where she can like she can throw down. Like she could

Kelli (48:12.973)
Yes. I do like that.

Kelli (48:20.697)
Yes. Yes. I like it.

Lori (48:23.416)
You know, she can she can drink a beer and eat some Cheetos kinda girl. Like she's not all fancy pantsy, you know what I mean? Like she just seems to have that thing.

Kelli (48:27.439)
Yes, yes.

Kelli (48:34.659)
And the fact that she gave Emily a Dior bag blew Heather away. Not that Heather can't do that. She just hasn't done that. And now somebody else came in and did it.

Lori (48:41.707)
yeah.

Lori (48:46.156)
Right.

Kelli (48:50.149)
So now Emily's gonna shit on it because she's up Heather's ass. I totally agree. I totally agree.

Wendy (48:53.372)
Well, which is crappy. It's crappy that she did that. I think it's crappy. another thing that Teddy and Tamara said, 'cause I know you don't listen, is that Teddy is going to be doing announcing a new podcast very shortly within the next month. And it's going to be with a a male Bravo Leb. My guess it's going to be Craig or Shep. Right. She she grew up with Shep, right? I th I think it's gonna be Shep.

Kelli (49:19.24)
Shep. She's friends with Shep. It's gonna gonna d definitely be Shep.

Wendy (49:23.442)
I think it's gonna be him. Which I think could be interesting. Yeah, I think it could be I think it could be interesting. So maybe you'll listen to that.

Lori (49:23.81)
Mm.

Kelli (49:25.369)
Yeah. They went to high school together or something. I think that's very interesting actually.

Kelli (49:35.557)
I'll definitely listen to that. Somebody at Southern True. Yeah, because I have no problem with Teddy. Well, I do, I do when she blindly she's blindly loyal to Kyle. Teddy shouldn't Teddy should not recap Beverly Hills or O. C. Other than that, I have no problem with her. I just feel like she's too close to the people. Just don't recap those two shows.

Wendy (49:53.511)
Listen,

I don't disagree with you, but that's a friend's job. And it's her podcast and if she wants to do it that way, you know what I'm saying? Like it's her podcast. Like

Kelli (50:02.575)
Yeah, I mean it's her choice. Yeah. Somebody, yeah, somebody at the salon was saying how they can't wait for Southern Charm to come back and and they love that show. And I was like, listen, I love that show too, but I do feel like when Sally came in, Sally is trying to make this show into like a housewives show, and that's not the vibe. And I don't want that to be the vibe on Southern Charm. It's never been the vibe. Let's not bring that vibe.

Lori (50:03.478)
Right. Right. Right.

Wendy (50:31.506)
I agree. And the big shakeup in southern hospitality is crazy what's going on in Charleston. Joe Bradley left. He left.

Kelli (50:38.519)
I mean it really Joe Bradley left, so he's off the show. Then there were rumors that Leva wasn't gonna be on the show. Right, right, right, right. I'm sorry. There were rumors that Leva was off the show, but I'm like, how do you have the show without Leva if you're if you're filming in her bars?

Wendy (50:44.53)
I don't know that he's off the show. No no no. I don't know that he's off the show. I think they filmed already.

Wendy (50:57.67)
So I think that I think and I don't know, I think she maybe will just be an executive producer. She doesn't necessarily have to be a face on it. She owns all the restaurants, they're in her restaurants, it's her staff. She doesn't have to be absolutely. Absolutely. She doesn't need to have her face on there.

Kelli (51:08.677)
So either way she's getting paid.

Kelli (51:17.101)
No, but I I don't know. We'll see. We'll see how it shakes out. But Joe Bradley leaving Leva and

Wendy (51:26.236)
Yeah, that's big news.

Kelli (51:26.671)
Her husband is that is big news. Yeah. And T J. You saw T J's post, right?

Wendy (51:30.108)
Yeah.

Wendy (51:34.586)
I saw that and he went over and were at Joe Bradley's new place, Something House. what's it called? Something House. T J was there, Mia, Mia was there. obviously Maddie was there. I don't know how it's gonna shake out for Maddie, but I'm curious to see.

Kelli (51:46.981)
Can't think of it. I drank some wine.

Kelli (51:59.727)
Yeah, maybe this is what the show needed because it was the the sh the direction the show was going in the last two seasons wasn't great.

Wendy (52:00.275)
I have no idea what you're talking about.

Lori (52:09.078)
Yeah, I'm just trying really hard not to cough. It's like

Wendy (52:12.1)
Okay. Okay. Thank you for watching and listening. Please subscribe and give us five star reviews. Bye.

Kelli (52:12.218)
All right, we'll end it. We'll end it.

Kelli (52:21.723)
Bye.

Lori (52:22.351)
Thank you.
