RHOBH-Strong Women, Silent Struggles
🎙️ RHOBH – Season 15, Episode 10
“The Cult’s Out of the Bag”
🌊 Hamptons Energy: Fun, Friction & Manifestation Shade
The ladies are enjoying their Hamptons getaway — dancing, flirting, and reliving old memories. Kyle even does the splits at The Surf Lodge, and we get flashbacks of her and Dorit partying in 2016, 2020, and 2021. Nostalgia hits hard.
But beneath the beachy vibes? Tension.
💰 Boz vs. Amanda – Money, Manifesting & “Counting Bathrooms”
Boz opens up about how she feels this year versus last — more grounded, less performative. She subtly calls out Amanda’s constant number-dropping (18 bedrooms, 29 bathrooms, 17 remodeled rooms… we get it, girl).
Boz makes it clear:
- She doesn’t need to quantify her wealth to fit in.
- Many of the women came from humble beginnings.
- Manifesting money while allegedly taking money from people? That’s… ironic.
Meanwhile, Amanda tells Eddie she feels blamed for Kyle and Dorit’s issues. Eddie suggests maybe the women aren’t ready to discuss certain things — including divorce. Amanda claps back that maybe someone is intimidated by her youth and financial independence.
📱 Kyle & Erika – Loyalty Still Intact
Kyle FaceTimes Erika about Amanda’s tense dinner party. Sutton had called Amanda out and demanded she “own it.”
They also discuss Denise’s divorce. Erika shares that when she was going through the Tom scandal, Denise reached out with kindness — something she never forgot.
Loyalty matters. Even in Beverly Hills.
🎤 Dinner Surprise & Lawsuit Talk
At dinner, the band joins the ladies — including NJ-native Zander Bleck. Dorit is momentarily stunned thinking he’s 26 (he’s 40, relax).
Then Rachel brings up the headline:
Erika is facing a $25 million lawsuit tied to the trustees of Tom’s estate.
Kyle worries that just as Erika stabilizes financially, she’s pulled back into expensive legal battles. The cloud over Erika never fully lifts.
💣 The Real Bombshell: Amanda’s Cult Story
Erika visits Amanda and pushes her to finally tell the full story about her past.
Amanda reveals:
- She got deeply involved in a church youth group while growing up in the Bible Belt.
- Followed a pastor from Oklahoma to Florida.
- The environment became increasingly controlling.
- She wasn’t allowed to speak freely with family.
- On October 31, 2008, she left and drove to her sister’s house in Orlando.
Erika tells her: This is the story the group wants to hear.
It reframes Amanda — from flashy and defensive to someone who survived something controlling and isolating.
💔 Madre’s Dinner: Divorce, Surgery & Abuse
Meanwhile, Erika meets with Sutton and Denise.
Denise Richards is going through a divorce from Aaron and drops heavy details:
- She recently had major facelift surgery.
- Post-op, Aaron allegedly hit her twice.
- He knocked out a surgical drain.
- She describes July 4th as “awful.”
- She confided in Charlie first. Erika was second to text her support.
The tone shifts dramatically.
Then Erika shares something shocking:
She too has experienced abuse — recently.
 Not with any husband.
She hasn’t told anyone before this dinner.

Wendy (00:01.047)
Hi, welcome to We Wine Whenever, I'm Wendy.
Kelli (00:04.46)
I'm Kelly.
We Wine Whenever (00:05.539)
and I'm Lori.
Wendy (00:07.671)
We are talking about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, season 15, episode number 10, The Cults Out of the Bag. Yeah, that's all right. Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (00:18.487)
I thought that was funny.
Kelli (00:19.214)
can't believe it's episode 10 already.
We Wine Whenever (00:21.71)
I know.
Wendy (00:22.345)
I know, I know. We start out in the Hamptons, the ladies are talking about their day. Then back in Beverly Hills, Amanda's talking to her fiance, Eddie, about like what they're doing. He's gonna be taking the big kids camping before school starts and she's taking the little kids to the beach. She's also talking about her manifestation party and...
You know, she doesn't feel like the ladies participated, with the exception of Erica.
We Wine Whenever (00:54.511)
Yeah, she's like super myth that the girls are not appreciating her free class.
Wendy (01:00.001)
Right.
Kelli (01:00.91)
Yes, because anybody else would be like super excited.
We Wine Whenever (01:05.199)
Yeah. And like I said, those classes are really cool and a lot of fun. So I don't know if they just didn't want to give the time to it or production did or dirty because they made it sound really lame.
Kelli (01:20.856)
think that everyone sitting at that table thinks she's full of shit.
We Wine Whenever (01:26.031)
Yeah, that's probably, that could be it too.
Kelli (01:27.638)
And that's why they were like, not into it. I mean, I think Erica is the only one there giving her the benefit of the doubt, and obviously Kyle, but she wasn't there. But the rest of them are like, we just, don't believe what you're selling. We're not buying what you're selling. And you shouldn't be selling it.
Wendy (01:32.001)
Well, I also think...
Wendy (01:45.909)
I also think those women are a lot older than she is and are also successful already. They didn't sign up for this course. People who sign up for this course are looking to learn a skill, right?
We Wine Whenever (02:00.335)
Right. They want to listen to what she's got to say.
Kelli (02:00.803)
Yeah.
Wendy (02:03.123)
Right, they didn't sign up for this course. You know what saying?
Kelli (02:03.244)
Right. They're trying to attain something that they don't already have. And most of the women, if not all of the women sitting at that table, already have more than what they probably ever thought they would.
Wendy (02:09.652)
Right.
We Wine Whenever (02:16.431)
Right. But even then, even then it can be a really cool, I mean, it can be a really cool class no matter where you are in your life. But yeah, it's just not.
Wendy (02:16.434)
Yes.
Kelli (02:24.119)
Yeah, they just don't like her. They just don't like her.
Wendy (02:26.953)
Right. Right. Right. She didn't really know her audience is really the problem, right? They weren't, they are not her audience. was like a forced thing.
Kelli (02:32.767)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (02:35.653)
Well, this is the thing. It's just people of our age, like Gen Xers, we just, it's just flat out truth. We just don't have a lot of tolerance for the, I'm emotionally threatened speak. Like it just, like we didn't have any of that. Like you fell, you scraped up your knee really bad. You found somebody's hose, you put some water on it.
Kelli (02:49.688)
Nonsense.
Right. Right.
We Wine Whenever (03:04.719)
Your friend slapped their t-shirt on it and you went about your day. He didn't go home because your mom would be like, you're right. ahead. Like, it's not, it's different. No. The bad man in the van is, the bad man in the van is the threat. Chester, Chester, child molester. That's, yeah. All right, sorry, I'm done now.
Kelli (03:13.004)
Yeah, like we don't look at words as threats. Like a threat is like, feel like you're gonna, you know, hit me, hit me or something. Yeah. Yeah. Like words aren't gonna, you know, words are words.
Wendy (03:27.755)
Yeah. No, that's, it's perfect. Then we see Bose and Sutton are talking. And Bose was saying that she has noticed a stark difference in Sutton this year. And I agree. think that Sutton, well, we know she doesn't have Garcelle there, but I do think that Sutton came into this season.
with a whole new perspective. And whether it's because Garcelle is gone and she was on an island, or if she did some self-reflecting and was looking at what she was putting out there and has decided to change it.
Kelli (04:09.614)
I think the not drinking with her or not drinking, cause I was a little confused at the end when she ordered something and I don't, I don't care. You know, she could do whatever she wants. I certainly do not think that Sutton has a drinking problem or anything near that. But I thought she maybe ordered wine, but anyway, she's not drinking the vodka and the grapefruit like she was. And I think that that's making a positive impact on her, on the show.
Wendy (04:12.565)
Yes, absolutely.
Wendy (04:19.991)
Right.
We Wine Whenever (04:30.031)
Yeah, she did order one. Yes.
and maybe listen some.
We Wine Whenever (04:39.459)
Yeah. And sometimes different drinks hate you different ways. you know, especially with menopause, like maybe you could drink vodka and griff for your whole life and then menopause hits and you're like, whoa, whoa, whoa. Like something crazy goes on. Cause you know, girls know how it is. It's like crazy. Or maybe something said, well, Gorsel's gone. These are the people I got to hang out with. So I better like get it together. Kind of. Yeah. Yeah. Tighten it up.
Kelli (04:42.552)
For sure.
Kelli (04:51.8)
Yeah.
Yeah.
Kelli (05:02.7)
Yeah, tighten it up. Tighten it up.
Wendy (05:06.187)
Yeah, and I mean, we saw Kyle stop drinking and know, Amanda's not drinking. So you don't have to be drinking to be on these shows. You can not drink for a choice. You can not drink because you feel it's a problem. You can do whatever you want. But I agree with you. Making those changes is helping.
Kelli (05:09.422)
Yeah.
Kelli (05:22.584)
Well, Margaret Joseph's, yeah, like she never drinks while filming. I'm sure she enjoys an occasional cocktail here and there, but she just wants to be present and clear headed, thinking clearly. Yeah. And maybe Sutton feels like she hasn't.
Wendy (05:28.385)
Yep, she never drinks.
We Wine Whenever (05:33.659)
Clear headed. Mm-hmm. Yeah. All right.
Wendy (05:38.667)
like Harry Hamlin.
Yeah, like Harry Hamlin told Lisa Rinna, if you're going to do this show, you cannot drink. And for her first eight seasons, think she said she did not drink. you you do need to be, you're at work. Let's face it, you're at a job, you know? You don't generally go to a job and start drinking, right?
Kelli (05:43.053)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (06:01.305)
Well, tanked up. Unless you're us.
Kelli (06:02.806)
No, and everything you say and do can and will be held against you at some point during this season, if not at the reunion. So you need to remember, and for years to come, you need to remember what you said and did, and you need to be able to explain why you said and did those things.
We Wine Whenever (06:11.521)
Absolutely. Right.
Wendy (06:11.765)
Yes!
Wendy (06:16.459)
and for years to come.
We Wine Whenever (06:22.491)
you
We Wine Whenever (06:26.873)
Yeah. And, Bose was funny. She said, you know, her and, Sutton were walking in this little park and, talking about Amanda and Bose was like, what she's doing is teaching people how to manifest money by taking their money. So it was like, I was like, pretty much.
Wendy (06:27.669)
Yeah.
Kelli (06:47.586)
That was funny.
Wendy (06:47.691)
That is true. I also thought it was interesting that Sutton pointed out how strange it is she's always counting things. when she said that, I was like, what does she mean? And then they played the clip. She's like, Sutton says she's got 18 bathrooms. But really what she said is this house has nine baths. Yeah, you sound like it. This house has nine bathrooms and eight bedrooms. I've redone rooms in this house. Who cares? Really?
Kelli (07:04.302)
96 bedrooms or something.
Kelli (07:13.934)
Well, who cares? And the funny thing is that she's talking to people who have already been in the, she was the only one who hadn't been in the house. Everybody else on the, well, maybe Bose hadn't been in that house, but you know, everybody else has been in that house. So they're well aware.
Wendy (07:22.967)
Bose. Yeah, yeah.
We Wine Whenever (07:23.61)
Right, right.
Wendy (07:29.055)
Yeah. And then Boz goes on to say, listen, I think she feels the need to quantify things because she feels the need to show that she has stuff and that she came from humble beginnings. And Boz is like, many of us have come from humble beginnings. It's not like, get to know all of our stories. Like, you don't know where I came from or how I got to where I'm at today. And I agree with that.
Kelli (07:52.108)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (07:52.111)
Right, and yeah. you know, like Bo said, that she has more respect for the journey than she does the destination. It's not about that you were able to buy $5,000 in crystals. It's what happened from A to B to get you there.
Wendy (08:12.439)
Then we go back to her talking to her fiance, Eddie, and then when she said this line, and I wrote it down, she said, because I'm young and successful and financially successful, I'm not depending on a man. And she outsourced her financial well-being to a man, and it didn't go well, referring to Dorit.
We Wine Whenever (08:30.171)
She definitely practiced that shit in the mirror for quite some time. For quite some time. Yes. And yeah, do you think Dury's intimidated by you? I don't think so.
Wendy (08:33.75)
Yep.
Kelli (08:37.039)
That was a very Heather Gay delivery.
Wendy (08:37.324)
Yeah.
Yes it was, and it was bullshit. It was bullshit.
Kelli (08:44.078)
But the whole scene, no, not even close. And the whole scene with Amanda and whatever his name is, I don't think we even really need to remember, because I don't think he'll be back. But they were just trying very hard to act like they're cool and they're so above it. It's like, come on, you want it on this show. You probably bought the damn house to get on the show.
We Wine Whenever (08:53.784)
Eddie.
Wendy (08:53.952)
adding.
Wendy (08:58.773)
I don't either.
Kelli (09:14.53)
Don't act like you didn't want to be here and don't you dare act like you didn't watch that show. Because you watched it, you studied it. Now you're failing at it.
We Wine Whenever (09:23.835)
After study.
Wendy (09:24.171)
Hahaha!
Kelli (09:25.624)
Like, yeah, everything you did, you did wrong.
We Wine Whenever (09:30.937)
Right. Exactly.
Wendy (09:34.263)
Back in the Hamptons Kyle is FaceTiming with Erica and she's filling her in on the manifestation party that she missed and She also told her that she's going to dinner tonight with Sutton and Denise because this is when the headlines came out about Denise and Aaron getting a divorce and that was July 4th that that the incident happened so You know, she was glad to hear that Kyle said she had reached out to Denise via text
I thought it was very interesting that Erica said, you know, I saw that sit down with Denise last year because it was for Denise's show. So that sit down that she had with Erica was, you know, for Wild Things or whatever it was called. But I thought it was interesting that Erica mentioned that even, you know, prior to that, when they weren't in a good place and she was going through a tough time with Tom Girardi, Denise reached out to her.
Kelli (10:13.004)
Yeah. Yeah.
Wendy (10:31.765)
via text and was there to support her, which I really give her lot of credit for that. think it's great that Denise did it, and I think it's great that Erica put it out there. Because I think that that really does happen. I think that there are really people in this group that really are friends, and they do support each other, whether they're on camera or off.
Kelli (10:42.008)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (10:42.331)
.
Kelli (10:51.096)
Yeah. Right.
Wendy (10:55.799)
Back in the Hamptons, the ladies are going out for this beautiful dinner. Every single one of them looks stunning when they got out of the car.
We Wine Whenever (11:02.553)
And Dory was on time.
Kelli (11:04.35)
I was just going to say, did you realize that Dorit was on time?
We Wine Whenever (11:06.795)
It was on time. yes, I did.
Kelli (11:11.16)
for the Girls Night Out.
Wendy (11:11.169)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (11:12.793)
Yeah, she was on time.
Wendy (11:16.343)
Rachel was excited to get to see the real fun Kyle that she hears about all the times and she wanted to see her out there doing her splits. I don't think we got to see her doing her splits this time, but you could definitely see she was having fun.
We Wine Whenever (11:28.729)
Yeah. And I like how Dorit didn't want like the wristband and she wanted to put it on the bag. Cause that's not my, I would have done. Yeah. Yeah. Cause I hated it too. didn't like it. So it's messing up my luck. The same as Dorit. was laughing. Yeah, I was laughing. I don't know what it is about those paper bracelets. They always just like piss me off. didn't want to. Funny.
Kelli (11:28.876)
Yeah. Yeah.
Wendy (11:34.816)
I know.
Kelli (11:35.081)
my god. Can you put it on my handbag? Yeah.
Kelli (11:41.944)
Yeah. I mean, put a stamp on their hand or something.
Wendy (11:46.891)
Ha ha ha!
Kelli (11:48.834)
The big
Kelli (11:52.441)
Yeah. The big takeaway from this episode though was that we need a Hamptons weekend, a long weekend in the Hamptons.
We Wine Whenever (12:00.741)
I'll take a long weekend in any place that's like coastal with the sun out.
Kelli (12:05.518)
I just want to go to the ham.
Wendy (12:08.385)
Well, I wrote down where they went. They went to the something lodge. maybe we can, the surf lodge, surf lodge. Maybe we can go hang out at the surf lodge. That seems like a fun place.
Kelli (12:12.184)
Surf, yeah.
Kelli (12:18.232)
Well, from what I understand, so that was in Montauk, I believe. And I just know from Summer House, not that I'm not watching this season, but in the past, I know that like, for wherever they are in Summer House, when they go to Montauk, like it's quite a distance. And even Rachel said on this episode, it's gonna take us an hour to get to Montauk. So Montauk must be like the place to be, to go out.
Wendy (12:42.56)
Right.
Kelli (12:43.18)
And I would imagine that means that the houses are even that like I don't know who has a house on Montauk, but if Rachel Zoe doesn't, I can't imagine who does.
Wendy (12:54.347)
Yeah, probably Billy Joel. You know what, probably Diddy has a house on Montauk.
Kelli (12:56.588)
Maybe.
We Wine Whenever (12:56.905)
Somebody who needs to invite us, that's who.
That's who.
Now I'm good.
Kelli (13:04.632)
Did he probably definitely not anymore, but he probably did at one point
We Wine Whenever (13:07.226)
Not anymore.
Wendy (13:07.703)
I'm good too. Then we see Boz she's talking to Lael about Lael's going, you she's entering her junior year of high school. She's not that excited because she heard junior year isn't all that great. And I'll be honest with you, junior year isn't all that great. So, but Boz is like, you know, everyone's experience is different. It might be great for you, but really the takeaway was
Bose is kind of getting ready for when Léaille's no longer there because she said she wants to go on college tours.
Kelli (13:43.822)
I love when she says she tracks her 24 hours a day. I'm like, oh, I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Wendy (13:49.883)
Mm-hmm. Yeah. She wants to go on college tours, and then she starts telling her about her, you know, her embryos and her egg maybe going with a donor egg, and she's not sure what she wants to do. I mean, Lael says, really, whatever, you know, whatever you want to do, you know, do. She's very supportive of her.
I just read recently, she did an article on February 19th that she said she's still on this journey. She hasn't given up yet. She's not exactly sure which way she's gonna go with it, but she's still on this journey.
Kelli (14:28.558)
I mean, I would imagine at this point, like why, I mean, first of all, adoption's always a great way to go because of all the children in this country who need adopting, but a surrogate, like why, you know, why not a surrogate? So many people do that.
Wendy (14:37.889)
Mm-hmm.
Wendy (14:43.861)
Yeah. Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (14:47.685)
Well, yeah, but I think the problem is that she really wanted, she wanted her egg and his sperm. And then I think if she got that, then she would be more open to a surrogate. But it's the fact that she's not able to use her eggs. That's her.
Kelli (14:59.446)
Right, but she might not even be able to use her egg. So she wouldn't be in there at all.
Right? Because a surrogate, can use someone else's egg and someone else's sperm. But she wouldn't be able to use her egg. Got it. Got it.
Wendy (15:06.454)
right.
We Wine Whenever (15:10.903)
Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Right, it wouldn't be her egg. So somebody else would carry a baby with his sperm and a donor egg.
Kelli (15:22.22)
Right, so would it be her, right, part
We Wine Whenever (15:24.715)
Yeah, so.
Wendy (15:25.227)
And I do know also she wanted to have the experience of having a good pregnancy because she... Yeah, I know.
We Wine Whenever (15:30.939)
Yeah, well, lots of luck at that age. You really... Yeah, yeah, you're... I don't know what you're doing.
Kelli (15:33.908)
I know, it's true though, unfortunately it's true.
Wendy (15:39.477)
Yeah.
Yeah.
Then we see Erica goes over to Amanda's house.
We Wine Whenever (15:49.859)
And when Erica's walking up, she looks like she's walking the green mile. She doesn't want to go at all. It's just how it looks to me. She's just like, just when I watch it, that's the vibe I got. God.
Kelli (16:02.946)
Yeah.
Kelli (16:06.926)
Well, I loved when she saw the kids toys. She was like, man, kids, kids, man, this place is fucked up.
Wendy (16:13.689)
Ha!
We Wine Whenever (16:14.098)
So funny. I laugh so hard. And I love Amanda's caftan. Loved her caftan. Loved her caftan. I was like, Oh, I want to know where it's from. So pretty.
Wendy (16:17.431)
Ha ha ha!
Kelli (16:17.71)
you
That was great. Yes, yes.
Wendy (16:22.711)
Hahaha!
Wendy (16:29.697)
So they're outside talking and Erica says to Amanda, do you think it went? And she's like, well, you know, it was tough. And Erica said, listen, these ladies in this group, like,
They gave me a hard time in the beginning too, because they did. When Erica first came on board, like you have to kind of ease into this group. You just can't come like guns a blazing. And that's kind of what Amanda was doing is coming in guns a blazing. But she said to her, she's like, listen, when you open up and you're vulnerable, they'll get to see that. She's like, really what we want to know about is the cults. That's what we want to know about.
We Wine Whenever (16:57.243)
Mm-hmm.
Wendy (17:14.261)
And I was glad she said that. That is what the ladies want to know about. Yeah, mean, it's out there.
We Wine Whenever (17:16.655)
Just being honest, just being honest. We really don't give a shit about your manifestation shit. Like whatever good girl you do you think. you know, Cole, we don't know too much about that one. So we'll find out about that. Yeah, I mean.
Kelli (17:23.724)
Right, right, right.
Wendy (17:25.396)
Right.
Kelli (17:31.138)
Yeah, we'll listen to that.
Wendy (17:33.953)
So she started telling her story about the cult.
But listen, I mean, I don't know what your thoughts are, but she said she started with this church group when she was in high school. Her parents were not very religious. And I guess the pastor from this church moved to Florida and started his own church.
Kelli (17:58.745)
someone that had to do with the youth group that she was in.
Wendy (18:01.943)
Right. So in 2007, she moved to Florida and to be a part of this church. And once she was there, she started realizing that, you know, they're telling me I can do this and I can't do that and I have to do this. And she started feeling like, you know, this is controlling. And when she had moved there, it seemed like they had made some arrangement with her that she was going to be the psychologist for the church.
We Wine Whenever (18:30.095)
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Remember I told you guys that a couple shows ago.
Wendy (18:33.267)
Yeah, which is odd because I've never heard of a church having their own psychologists, have you?
Kelli (18:39.054)
And how old was she?
We Wine Whenever (18:39.371)
No, maybe since she was, that's what she was going to study for. Like maybe they were like, maybe you can do like a little workshop. Like who knows what they told her compared to what she heard. So I don't think it's as bad as, I just don't feel like it's as bad as she made it out to be. I just don't.
Kelli (18:59.764)
I don't either. Like to me, and I don't wanna downplay it because I don't wanna minimize whatever trauma she went through. But to me, it just sounds like it was a church that she was giving money to and they probably wanted her to obviously stay and speak positively about so that they could get.
Wendy (19:01.91)
And why don't either.
We Wine Whenever (19:05.263)
Right, maybe we could be wrong, who knows? Absolutely, hopefully not. Yeah.
Kelli (19:26.58)
More parishioners. I mean, this is what churches do.
We Wine Whenever (19:30.927)
Yeah. And like, who knows? Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it totally was, but whatever. thought it was so weird how Amanda says that she likes Erica because Erica asks, is interested in her business. Like, so just cause somebody's not interested in your bit, like, was like, okay.
Wendy (19:31.446)
Right.
Kelli (19:50.434)
Yeah. Yeah.
Wendy (19:54.677)
And then in 2008, on October 31st, Halloween of 2008, she drove away from the church to her sister's house in Orlando, and she never looked back. But she did get a phone call from them telling them not for her not to badmouth the church and don't contact anybody. But, you know, she just kept moving forward from there. Okay. Great.
Kelli (20:17.282)
I mean, she's not saying what the church is and I don't think it's on her website. She's not even saying what town in Florida she was in. So she is.
We Wine Whenever (20:17.413)
feel like-
We Wine Whenever (20:22.03)
No, probably not.
We Wine Whenever (20:26.049)
I feel like Amanda's identity is super wrapped up, like too much in her business. And it's never, that's never a good, yeah. But it's, but it's never a good thing. Who you are as a person should never be all about, all about whatever your business is.
Kelli (20:36.088)
Well, it's how she makes money, so...
Wendy (20:44.789)
what you do. Right.
Kelli (20:47.63)
I think all these Real Housewives, mean, basically that's their gig. You know what I mean? Like that's their identity now. Her identity might be this manifestation thing now, but I don't know, maybe I'm not explaining it. you know, think about the...
We Wine Whenever (21:01.573)
Yeah, I don't know.
We Wine Whenever (21:06.223)
I just feel like she depends on it too much in order to identify herself. Like Erica, just because she's a performer, she's not only talking about her shows and herself and her costumes and her blah blah blah. Like it's not what makes Erica Erica. It just seems with Amanda, it's very tied into what she feels makes Amanda. That's what I'm trying to say.
Kelli (21:21.624)
Bye. Bye bye bye bye.
Kelli (21:31.222)
Yeah. Yeah. It's not multi-level, it's one level.
Wendy (21:34.091)
I agree with what you're saying. Right.
We Wine Whenever (21:37.445)
Yeah.
Wendy (21:39.489)
So back in the Hamptons, the sun is setting and the ladies are sitting down to eat dinner. The guys from the band come over and sit down and start eating with them. And Dorit starts talking to the guy and she says his name is Xander. You know, how old are you? And he said 26 and she repeats 26 and he's like, no, I'm 40. And Rachel said, the same age as us. Which I thought it was funny. mean, Kyle's like, Dorit is.
Kelli (22:06.606)
Wait, was he 40 or was he 26? He looked 26.
We Wine Whenever (22:09.401)
No, he's 40.
Wendy (22:09.495)
He was 40. He was 40. Yeah.
Kelli (22:11.778)
Really?
Kelli (22:15.694)
Because I looked him up. When he said he was from Jersey, I wanted to just look up where and he's from Huntington County, which so is Amanda Petula. So I was like, I wonder if they knew each other because they were similar ages, but I guess they're not.
Wendy (22:16.277)
He-
Wendy (22:28.663)
Yeah, he's, uh, well, I mean, Amanda's in her... Amanda's 35. Right? Isn't she in her 30s now?
Kelli (22:36.514)
I don't think she's that old yet. She's in her 30s. I don't think she's 35 yet though. I thought she was just 30.
Wendy (22:40.087)
Cause Kyle's 44.
Kelli (22:44.536)
But no, so maybe, maybe they do.
Wendy (22:45.399)
Anyway, yeah, but Kyle was talking about how Dorit really, know, Dorit has game, like she can flirt. And I agree, like we saw that when they did the speed dating kind of thing that Bo set up.
We Wine Whenever (23:00.889)
Yeah, would be fun. It would be fun on the show to watch her date. I think that would be entertaining television.
Kelli (23:05.494)
she's 34, you're right. I didn't think she was that old. Yeah. Yeah, I think Doreen has good game. Well, I'm sure way more game than PK does when he's out.
Wendy (23:08.311)
34, right? Yeah. Yeah.
Wendy (23:15.935)
I do too. I do too.
Yeah, and I thought it was interesting when they were talking to Dorit about like what her type was and Rachel said, know, Brad Pitt is my type and Dorit's like, no.
We Wine Whenever (23:30.927)
it was funny well to be honest with you I used to go hard for Brad Pitt when he was younger but there's something about him now that I'm wither not my type anymore I don't there's something I don't know what it is but there's something I just don't dig but younger
Wendy (23:31.402)
and
Kelli (23:48.792)
Well, it could be the abuse allegations by his kids who don't speak to him. It could be that.
We Wine Whenever (23:52.993)
Something. There's something for me. But younger, younger? Hell yes.
Wendy (23:54.423)
That may be something. Yeah.
Kelli (23:58.831)
Yeah, yeah, like Thelma and Louise Brad Pitt.
Wendy (24:00.769)
Listen, I'll be honest, for me, for me it was Tom Cruise until I found out who he really was. I'm like, ew, no. No, no thank you.
We Wine Whenever (24:07.547)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And then you're like, no, not some...
Wendy (24:17.766)
So Rachel brings up, because I guess it just came out in the news, that Erica is being sued again. She's involved in a $25 million lawsuit, and she brings that up at the table. And Kyle said she's worried for Erica. She feels like she can't catch a break. She finally gets over one hurdle, and then another one comes. And it's not even just the fact that you have to defend yourself. You've got to spend all this money on lawyers to defend yourself. It's never ending.
We Wine Whenever (24:42.821)
Mm-hmm.
Kelli (24:43.16)
While when she said at the end that it's the trustees that are suing her, that is very serious because a trustee is not bringing, just bringing a lawsuit because they want to. A trustee handling a bankruptcy matter for them to sue you, there has to be good cause.
Wendy (24:50.401)
Mm-hmm.
Kelli (25:11.982)
I'm ready for a- that's what she said. And it's the trust me in- Go ahead.
Wendy (25:12.629)
Is it the
Wendy (25:16.459)
No, no, but what I'm... What I was gonna say is, is it because there's good cause or because Tom Gerardi, there's no place else for them to go? Erica's the only place they can go at this point. Tom Gerardi is in jail. They're not getting anything from him. Exactly. So to go after Erica because she's the only one to get it from, listen, I think that that could be the case. Well, I'm... No. No, no.
We Wine Whenever (25:29.327)
You're not getting any money. There's blood from a stone. Blood from a stone.
Kelli (25:38.678)
Right, so she must have it. She must have money from somewhere.
Wendy (25:45.703)
I think she has money that she earned. They're going after her because she's going to have to fight to defend herself. I don't think they're going after her because she's guilty. I think they're going after her because she's the only person to go after. Tom is... Nobody else... You can't go after Tom. You're not going to get anything.
We Wine Whenever (25:57.147)
because nobody else is available.
Kelli (26:02.252)
No, I know, but that's what I'm saying. It's not like a personal civil suit. These are trustees who handled the bankruptcies. So they must know something. They must know that she, I'm just saying, I need a Bravo docket or a legally brunette to break this down because this isn't a personal civil lawsuit where you feel like suing somebody just because they had something to do with something.
We Wine Whenever (26:27.515)
So are you saying that they can't bring something like that as a charge unless it is they have serious evidence? Is that what you're trying to say? Who knows? I don't know how it works.
Kelli (26:36.846)
I would imagine. Yeah, I mean, they're trustees. They get paid to...
We Wine Whenever (26:44.923)
What does it make them?
I don't know, it doesn't make them any better of a person, you know what mean? Yeah, yeah, I don't know. I
Wendy (26:49.909)
Right, I feel like anybody can sue anybody for anything, yeah.
Kelli (26:53.688)
But there's no personal reason for a trustee who handles bankruptcy matters to sue someone.
Wendy (26:58.839)
I to get a win, to get a win, to get, I mean, this is a salacious topic, especially in California. You know, maybe just to protect the name. Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (27:10.811)
Yeah, I don't know. I don't know how it works.
Kelli (27:11.658)
I'm gonna ask my bosses about this because they're, I just feel like if the trustees are bringing a lawsuit against her, for the personal bankruptcy and the firm bankruptcy, they must have proof that she received money from both entities at some point.
We Wine Whenever (27:14.745)
Yes.
Kelli (27:41.707)
Illegally. I don't know. This is just where my mind's going. Yeah. I'm going to ask my bosses and hopefully Bravo Docket or legally Brunette will break it. I don't think legally Brunette will break it down because I don't think Emily likes to talk about housewives stuff. But Bravo Docket will.
Wendy (27:43.681)
But yeah, but did she have knowledge of it? Like, yeah.
We'll have to wait and see. Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (27:57.628)
Mm-hmm. Yeah, maybe what kind of like what Wendy's saying, maybe because she's married to him that she's now the other half that's culpable for whatever he had going on. I don't know. I don't know. I'm just trying to throw it out there.
Kelli (28:15.246)
I don't know.
Wendy (28:15.253)
Right, because they are still technically married. They are still technically married.
We Wine Whenever (28:19.279)
Yeah. So we'll see.
Kelli (28:19.926)
Yes. But trustees aren't gonna go after somebody who... I don't know. I don't know. I'm gonna talk to my bosses about it.
We Wine Whenever (28:28.975)
Hehehe. To legal matter.
Wendy (28:29.333)
Yeah, we'll have to wait and see how that turns out. Yeah.
Kelli (28:31.66)
Yeah, that was very surprising to me when she said the trustees were suing her though.
Wendy (28:37.249)
Yeah. So the ladies, I find out, I think it was on the after show. they, back in the Hamptons, they went out, they were dancing there and then they went out to another place and then they went out to another place after that. But Kyle stopped at, I think the first place. Kyle didn't keep on going, but Dorit did. So she was like dancing the night away. Yep. Good for her. Good for her.
We Wine Whenever (28:56.603)
Dory did, yeah. Dory hung out. She was dirty. out. Yeah. Yeah, good for her.
Wendy (29:04.727)
Then back in Beverly Hills, see Erica meets up with Sutton and Denise. And they want to know how she's doing. Denise is so funny. They're like, you look great. She's like, yeah, I had a facelift and I lost 200 pounds. And that was great. Sutton's like, you didn't have a facelift. She's like, no, yeah, I did. I had a full, yeah, just a weeks ago. And I'm like, wait, what? Had her boobs done, had a full, like, she looks amazing.
Kelli (29:21.262)
That was great.
We Wine Whenever (29:28.537)
Hat of boobs, hat of boobs, done.
Kelli (29:33.71)
I don't know who did her facelift, but that's a good facelift because she looks exactly like herself, but younger. Like she's got the perfect result of a facelift. Whoever did it did a great job. I wonder if she went to Dr. Klarilak. Yeah.
Wendy (29:34.729)
Honestly, she looks amazing.
We Wine Whenever (29:35.887)
Well she should. She should. She should look amazing.
Wendy (29:42.539)
That's what I'm saying. That's exactly,
Wendy (29:47.913)
We need to find out who her surgeon is. Probably charges a fortune.
We Wine Whenever (29:49.915)
No, we need to find the money to go to whoever did hers. That's what, yeah.
Kelli (29:53.57)
Yeah.
Wendy (29:56.329)
Yeah. But the whole conversation about they're talking about taking the ear off and Sutton's face is like...
We Wine Whenever (30:02.807)
I know she's gonna puke. That was funny.
Kelli (30:03.534)
I didn't know any of that.
Wendy (30:05.407)
And then we find out that Sutton has not, no, I didn't either. Well, why would we, right? We're not going in. But Sutton tells us that she's never had any cosmetic surgery done.
We Wine Whenever (30:10.373)
Yeah.
Kelli (30:12.608)
Uh-uh.
We Wine Whenever (30:17.445)
But it's just the boat, yeah, just the boat talks.
Wendy (30:19.66)
And Kyle got her to do that when she first started on the show. She'd never done that before either.
We Wine Whenever (30:22.064)
Right.
Wendy (30:29.431)
So Erica, you know, in Erica fashion, she says, listen, I want to talk to you about the black eye that I saw. You know, she just puts it right out there. And she's like, that can't be a one time thing. And Denise said, no, it wasn't. So I was like, well, when did it start? She's like, well, it was a while ago.
Wendy (30:50.379)
Her dad said, Denise's dad said to her, well, why didn't you tell me? And she's like, well, you can't really tell somebody this is going on if you're going to stay with that person, which is true. Then we find out that after she had the surgery, he was the one there taking care of her, and she needed help getting to the toilet. And she's got the drains going on, and he's trying to get her phone. And I guess there was an argument. And.
Kelli (30:59.299)
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Wendy (31:20.021)
you know, that's when the assault happened was, you know, post-op, which is crazy. And Erica's like, well, that's what happened on July 4th. She's like, well, that was a whole other thing. She's like, you know, he, he hit her twice post-op, we find out, two times after she had surgery. She said to, she, she said when it came out, the first person to contact her was Charlie.
and the second was Erica, which again I thought was very telling. She said to Charlie that Aaron is making him look like a saint, which again I thought was funny. I really do, I told you I watched her special. I really do like Denise. I really do. like her. I like her.
Kelli (32:00.249)
That's funny. Yeah.
Kelli (32:08.224)
yeah, and I love her relationship with Charlie. I'll be honest with you, I did watch her show. I don't think I finished the season. I thought her daughter, Sammy, was very difficult to watch. I thought she was a very entitled, spoiled brat. I just, you know, me, I could turn it off. When I don't wanna watch it anymore, I could turn it off. But I do like Denise, and I love her relationship with Charlie.
Wendy (32:12.182)
Charlie.
We Wine Whenever (32:34.367)
The thing about her is she must have a lot of trauma in her past. Because to select, right, to select Charlie Sheen and then to select this new one, you pick her ain't good.
Wendy (32:34.56)
Yeah.
Kelli (32:41.922)
Well, she was married to Charlie Sheen.
Kelli (32:52.056)
think she had a very nice upbringing and I think she lost her mom young, which was devastating to her whole family. But I think that Charlie, I think he swooped it. I think he just swept her off her feet. I think he just treated her like a princess and she really fell hard for him and then they got married and then the...
We Wine Whenever (32:58.959)
Maybe that maybe. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. That could be it.
We Wine Whenever (33:17.155)
Maybe she's just too nice. You know, maybe she's just too nice.
Kelli (33:21.634)
the flip switched and she was like, who am I with? know? Like maybe he fell off the wagon, like maybe he was sober when they first got together and then he fell off the wagon and he was off and running. And here she's got two kids. So yeah.
We Wine Whenever (33:24.687)
Whoa. Right. Right.
We Wine Whenever (33:31.545)
Right, and she was like, whoa, yeah, who knows?
Yeah, it's a lot.
Wendy (33:37.495)
Well, it's a lot. And I do think that that is probably the case. think she is a very kind heart. She's got a good soul. She helped Charlie's ex with her twins. His ex has been in and out of rehab many times. Denise has always been there. Always been there. And by the same token, you you said you didn't like Sammy, but Sammy grew up with Charlie Sheen as her father. Like, she's got a lot of trauma in her life. And her actions today are a result of that, you know? Like,
Kelli (33:43.49)
Yeah.
Kelli (33:49.88)
Brooke, yeah. Yeah.
Kelli (34:00.27)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (34:04.503)
Yeah, absolutely.
Kelli (34:04.78)
Yeah. I just thought she was very mean to her sister. Like that's what I didn't like.
Wendy (34:06.177)
Like I would give her grace for that. I do give her grace.
Well, you know.
We Wine Whenever (34:12.175)
Well, trauma can come out in all different ways, you So.
Kelli (34:14.732)
Yeah. Yeah.
Wendy (34:15.913)
Yeah.
Wendy (34:22.017)
Then we hear from Erica that she went through something very similar. I was shocked. I don't know if I was as shocked as Sutton because the look on Sutton's face was like, I mean, it said it all. It really said it all.
We Wine Whenever (34:22.064)
Do us.
Kelli (34:33.442)
No.
We Wine Whenever (34:34.309)
Yeah, that was good.
Kelli (34:36.621)
Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (34:40.781)
It's never a good thing to hear.
Wendy (34:41.375)
And no, no, it's not. And then even when Erica said to Sutton, like I could see you have a question, like, you know, we're in a good place now. Why don't you just ask me? She's like, well, I just want to go back to, I heard you say like the same thing happened to you. Like she was stuck at that. Like she didn't even get past that. She's like, yeah, it did. And then, you know, she goes on to explain it, you know? And what we've seen of Erica, we would have never thought that
Kelli (35:00.205)
Right, right.
Wendy (35:10.359)
you know, a short term relationship with someone after everything she's gone through with Tom would result in, you know.
Kelli (35:16.664)
Well.
What's surprising is that when she said, after the third time, it's like, you let it go that far that it happened three times? With somebody you weren't married to or had children with, like, listen, sometimes women stay because they have to, and I understand that. But she was not in that position, so that's what was surprising. It happened three times.
Wendy (35:25.824)
Right.
We Wine Whenever (35:39.717)
Mm-hmm.
We Wine Whenever (35:46.854)
Well, I don't know if you've ever been in a relationship with anybody that's, you know, manipulative, highly manipulative and highly skilled at being manipulative, because there's all different kinds. But I think you're just so flabbergasted by it. Not necessarily the physical aspect. I think that for me personally, that would be like one and done.
Kelli (36:01.912)
Right.
We Wine Whenever (36:17.071)
like fucking just no no but that's
Kelli (36:17.346)
Right. Right.
especially when you don't have any ties to that person.
We Wine Whenever (36:24.439)
Right, right. But I don't know, it can happen. And it's freaky and it's a mind fuck is what it is. And it's not an easy thing to...
We Wine Whenever (36:38.907)
It's not an easy thing. So I give her lot of grace and it was hard to hear. I felt bad for her.
Wendy (36:40.574)
No, it's not.
Kelli (36:43.148)
Yeah, yeah, I felt better too.
Wendy (36:43.615)
And I'm glad she spoke about it. I'm glad she spoke about it. I'm glad it's getting out there that people like Denise and people like Erica can go through this too and they can get through to the other side. I mean, on the after show, Erica said she never planned on saying that. It just came out and she's like, I don't know if I'm gonna regret this. don't know what kind of backlash I'm gonna get for this, but whatever. I did it, I did it. It's out there. I can't take it back.
We Wine Whenever (37:12.379)
Listen, if it helps one person to know that you can do it, there's people to help you, you can make it through, if it helps them, then it's certainly worth it.
Kelli (37:15.426)
Yeah, absolutely.
Wendy (37:17.216)
Yes.
Wendy (37:24.183)
That's it. That's it. mean, even when she said, she's like, you know, I'm going to say one thing and I'm going to leave it there. You have no idea how shameful it is to be the mother of a police officer and to have to pick up the phone and call 911. And then after that, then you have to call your family member because he must be in the same precinct that she called 911 so he can hear it from any but yeah, right. So that he hears it from you. And yeah.
We Wine Whenever (37:37.744)
Mm-hmm.
We Wine Whenever (37:45.413)
so he doesn't find out from you. Yep.
We Wine Whenever (37:50.831)
Yeah, crazy.
Kelli (37:51.394)
Yeah.
Wendy (37:53.875)
And like we said, thank God she got out. She did also say on the after show she had already confided in Kyle and Dorit. They were aware of it. And you know, they kept her, you know, as any friend would, right? They didn't put it out there. But I did notice on this, the latest after show, Amanda is sitting by herself. I thought she was totally done. But she has her own, which honestly, watching her on the after show,
We Wine Whenever (38:07.855)
Right. Yeah.
We Wine Whenever (38:15.129)
Yes, by yourself.
Wendy (38:22.419)
She just talks and talks and talks. She should have been by herself the whole time. She could do the whole thing herself. She doesn't let anyone else speak.
Kelli (38:29.966)
That's funny. That's really funny.
Wendy (38:31.945)
And then Natalie is also on. Now Natalie is on the after show.
We Wine Whenever (38:34.265)
Yes, I saw that. saw that, Yep, yes, quite interesting.
Kelli (38:35.98)
Really? I have to start watching that. Wow. So do we think she's gonna be a housewife next year? where, where, has anybody heard anything about this? Like why are we getting Natalie on the after show?
Wendy (38:39.359)
Yeah. So Natalie is on with.
Wendy (38:51.701)
I think she's gonna definitely be a friend of because she was sitting with Tilly and Kathy Hilton who are both friends of. So it was the three of them together, which could be three friends of, right?
Kelli (38:59.97)
Well that makes sense.
We Wine Whenever (39:03.397)
Mm-hmm.
Kelli (39:03.694)
Right, that makes sense. Okay, I like her. I'm, you know, yeah, yeah, and she's likable. So, yeah.
We Wine Whenever (39:07.333)
The more the merrier.
We Wine Whenever (39:12.111)
And there was, there was, yeah, there was no fighting this episode. Right. It's always good.
Wendy (39:12.779)
So far.
Wendy (39:19.061)
No, no fighting.
Kelli (39:20.362)
I loved watching them in the Hamptons.
We Wine Whenever (39:22.661)
always a good.
Wendy (39:23.157)
