Pinky started Sletty Vegan in 2018 in her two-bedroom apartment, and it was like a ghost kitchen, and then she got a food truck, and then it just kind of exploded. Like she had, you know, lines of people, and then she got more food trucks, and eventually she opened up 14 locations, and she's got this $100 million brand, but then the people that she put in place were not doing what she needed them to do, and she was $20 million in debt.

I was like, ugh, my heart sank right there.
