She was never supposed to be sentenced is what he said. He said that the attorney, because she even talked about this with her daughter, that's probably why came up, that she had to get her own attorney because Joe said, I said to your dad, get me an attorney and you got me an attorney. So Joe was saying on Instagram that it was all him. Teresa had nothing to do with it.

There was, the plea agreement was he was gonna plead guilty and he was gonna serve jail time and she was gonna stay with the kids. When it got in front of the judge, the judge refused the plea agreement and sentenced her to one year in prison. It wasn't, and so she didn't know that that was what was gonna happen. And he takes full responsibility for it. Like it was all him.
