Opera, Cults & Confrontations in Florence | RHOBH Episode 13 Recap

The ladies of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills head to Florence for a glamorous Italian getaway, but even the stunning villa and opera performances can’t stop the drama from unfolding.

As the group settles into the luxurious Villa Bibbiani, tensions quickly surface when Sutton arrives without her luggage, forcing her to piece together an outfit from her carry-on. Meanwhile, Boz pulls out all the stops with an elaborate opera performance inside a historic 1700s theater, leaving some Housewives emotional while others are… less impressed.

At dinner, the focus quickly shifts to Dorit and her ongoing separation from PK. When it’s revealed that Dorit had dinner with PK without telling some of the women, Erika is visibly offended, feeling left out of the loop. Dorit explains she’s being selective about who she shares personal details with during this sensitive time.

Things escalate when Amanda is confronted about comments she made regarding Dorit’s divorce and how discussing PK publicly could affect their children. Dorit feels Amanda crossed a line by forming opinions without truly knowing her or her situation.

The tension intensifies as the group debates whether Amanda was judging Dorit or simply offering perspective based on her background working with families going through divorce. The conversation spirals into accusations of talking behind backs and questioning motives.

Then the drama takes an unexpected turn when Dorit reveals she Googled Amanda and found an old blog post referencing her past involvement in a cult-like religious group. Amanda opens up about how she joined the group as a teenager, eventually escaping in the middle of the night after experiencing emotional and psychological manipulation.

Despite the heavy conversation, Amanda insists she’s grateful Dorit brought it up because it inspired her to begin outlining a new book about her experience.

The next morning in Florence, the tension still lingers as Kyle and Sutton encourage Amanda to stand her ground and not let Dorit steamroll her. Meanwhile, Dorit receives shocking news about PK introducing a girlfriend to their son while she’s away, leaving her feeling blindsided and disrespected.

Between stunning Italian scenery, uncomfortable dinners, and shocking revelations, the Beverly Hills ladies prove that even in Florence… the drama always finds them.

Wendy (00:01.198)
Hi, welcome to We Wine Whenever, I'm Wendy.

Kelli (00:04.51)
I'm Kelly.

We Wine Whenever (00:05.684)
and I'm Lori.

Wendy (00:07.736)
We are talking about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, season 15, episode number 13, Read the Room. yes, I like this one.

We Wine Whenever (00:16.671)
Yeah, it's a good title.

Kelli (00:19.324)
It's definitely a good title.

Wendy (00:22.222)
We start out in Florence, Italy, and we get a little timeline. It's 6-11, and the first group is there, and Boz is getting a massage, and Sutton is looking for her luggage, because it's missing.

Kelli (00:35.964)
Why does someone always lose their luggage on these Real Housewives trips? Like someone must be.

Wendy (00:42.156)
I think it's common, to be honest with you. I think it's very common when traveling. Yeah, I do, I do. We see Dorit, Rachel, and Erica, they arrive at the villa at 6.52. I was surprised actually how close they all arrived. Like, it wasn't as crazy spread out as I thought it would be, considering they were on three different groups. And Dorit mentions how it's been so long since she's been able to speak Italian.

and then she went off with her little Italian rant on her confessional.

We Wine Whenever (01:14.091)
Dorit usually doesn't bother me a lot, but on this episode, she bothered me. She bothered me with her Italian stuff. I'm going to skip ahead. She bothered me throwing herself on the bathroom floor. was just, she just annoyed me a little. yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She was just, she's odd to me this episode. She just aggravated me.

Kelli (01:19.624)
with the speaking Italian.

Wendy (01:33.369)
over the sauna? Yeah, mean, even Erica's like, yeah, that was weird.

Kelli (01:40.306)
Alright, did you both watch it on peacock? Because I don't know if I saw that.

Wendy (01:42.91)
No, no, didn't watch, I did not watch it on Peacock. When she got to, I'll tell you, when she got to, when he brought her to, when Robert brought her to her bedroom, she had her own personal sauna. And she like, so excited to have it. Right, and Eric was like, I mean, that's Eric. Yeah, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (01:43.485)
Yes, I was.

Kelli (01:45.982)
the hell would I?

Kelli (01:56.458)
yes, yes, yes, yes. Okay. Like, cause she was like so over the top. So happy. Yes. Yeah. Okay. That, okay.

We Wine Whenever (02:01.519)
Yeah, threw herself on the floor and I was just like, oh girl, no. Stop it.

Kelli (02:10.898)
Who got the chapel in their room?

Wendy (02:11.095)
Yeah, actually...

We Wine Whenever (02:14.239)
Tilly.

Kelli (02:15.91)
I would have

Wendy (02:17.314)
Okay.

Actually, while I'm thinking of it, I have the picture of them behind me, all dressed up for that dinner. Whose outfit did you like the best?

We Wine Whenever (02:31.1)
lord, now I can't remember.

Kelli (02:31.838)
I'm gonna go with Dorit, quite honestly. I thought Dorit's outfit was amazing. But also Rachel. I don't know. I just feel like I'm always gonna pick Rachel, but just because she's Rachel. Like, just because I love everything she does. But I think Dorit the most this night.

We Wine Whenever (02:36.315)
I did love her. I did love her out. But yes, yes, yes.

We Wine Whenever (02:43.132)
Almost, definitely. Yeah, I love it very much.

We Wine Whenever (02:53.553)
And I love Tilly too. I love her dress. I love her kooky hat. I loved her. I loved her. Yeah.

Kelli (02:56.114)
Yeah. Yeah.

Wendy (02:57.304)
And the hat, yeah. So, Matty was watching it with me and as soon as Jennifer walked in, he's like, I like her outfit the best. I actually liked Kyle's outfit the best. I don't know if remember, it was like black pants and then her top was like, it was embroidered, it was like embroidered with like different flowers and stuff. And I thought that Cathy Hilton looked like she had on like a house dress.

Kelli (03:12.488)
Pants, yeah. I remember she was wearing pants, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (03:23.047)
Yeah, she did not. did not. Yeah, Yeah, Yes.

Kelli (03:23.56)
She looked like she was wearing a frock. Is that what they call them? A frock.

Wendy (03:26.51)
I was like, listen, I love her. I don't care. I don't even care. I don't care. I still love her.

We Wine Whenever (03:35.005)
Yeah, but I'm with it. Her outfit did not match her surroundings kind of a deal.

Wendy (03:41.534)
No, no. And neither did her hair, by the way. Which, fine, it's fine. You know what, she did it herself on like, know, Dorit who needs glam and Bozma who needs glam. Kyle does her own hair. Kathy Hilton does her own hair. Natalie did her own hair.

Kelli (03:41.598)
Right, right. I'm bean.

Kelli (03:52.073)
Yeah, right. It's very true. Yeah. I mean, I've always said that about Kyle. I'm pretty sure Kyle does her own hair and glam no matter where she goes. And she's obviously very, very good at it. But it is interesting that the two wealthiest I would imagine, I would imagine Kyle, well, Jennifer Tilly, obviously, but Kyle and Kathy are right up, know, Kathy, they're so wealthy and they don't.

Wendy (04:02.978)
Yeah, she does.

Kelli (04:20.286)
and then here's Dorit, like, where people are questioning her finances. But whatever.

We Wine Whenever (04:27.268)
All I have to say, all I have to say is Kathy Hilton can do no wrong because she was on television, wealthy woman that she is, dragging her pillow around, which is exactly what I do when I am on vacation. I drag the pillow all around. I don't care what anybody thinks of me. So I just thought that was great. I love that she dragged the pillow around.

Kelli (04:47.614)
Mm-hmm.

Wendy (04:53.826)
Yeah, so I said Rachel, Dorit and Erica arrive, so they get to their rooms. Dorit's over the top about her sauna. Then we see at 738, Cathy and Jennifer Tilley arrive. This is so funny. Jennifer's telling Cathy about when she goes on vacation, she likes to these thirst trap photos, and she likes to get naked in the pool. I love it too. She's like.

Kelli (05:18.301)
you

We Wine Whenever (05:20.017)
I love it.

Kelli (05:21.384)
I do too.

Wendy (05:23.022)
I have a lot of wobbly wobbly parts, wibbly wobbly parts, and like the water is like, is very forgiving. I was like, okay. I mean, the pictures that she did post were actually very good, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (05:27.57)
Very forgiving. Yeah, I love it.

We Wine Whenever (05:33.224)
beautiful. It's beautiful. Yeah. Very good.

Kelli (05:35.304)
She's very good at it. She's very good at her thirst trap.

Wendy (05:38.252)
Yeah. And then they get inside and they get in the elevator and Cathy says to Robert, he's one of the co-hosts do you have a fan? Because I like the sound of a fan. He's like,

We Wine Whenever (05:52.734)
Yes, yes, and I love that she needed her fan because I have to sleep with a fan too.

Kelli (05:55.986)
Wait, doesn't Cathy normally travel with her own fans?

Wendy (06:00.558)
A box fan? I guess not when she goes to Italy. I mean, she had everything else.

We Wine Whenever (06:02.93)
Yeah, I guess she didn't feel like dragging it. Yeah.

Kelli (06:05.256)
Cause that, I know that Aspen trip. She had a fan.

Wendy (06:08.556)
Yeah, yeah, no. mean, and it's a different plug over there. Like, she's got to get that on site.

We Wine Whenever (06:12.414)
And you know what I thought was very odd about this villa in Italy? Everything went together and was cohesive and matched until you got to like the elevator and the weird stuffed animal thing. And I was just like, what? I'm not a stuffed You know what mean? It's a polar bear or something. Taxidermy. But I was just like, everything else is like so copacetic. And then all of sudden this just, it's very odd juxtaposition of

Wendy (06:24.61)
Except for the elevator. Right.

Wendy (06:31.074)
The bear. Yeah.

Kelli (06:31.334)
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (06:42.736)
A visual. Yeah.

Wendy (06:42.786)
They thought so too. I thought so too.

So it's time for dinner and Natalie and Amanda are the first ladies downstairs and Sutton shows up to Bose's room and actually I thought first of all her necklace was stunning.

We Wine Whenever (06:58.258)
she looked great in the, I love that look with the white collared shirt and big jewelry. Love it. it's classic. It was classic.

Wendy (07:00.078)
I do too. I do too. do too. Yep. I do too. Yes. With no luggage.

Kelli (07:03.908)
Sutton? I thought Sutton looked very good too. I mean, she was wearing jeans, but obviously had no choice. But yeah, she looked very put together, Sutton. For someone who didn't have her luggage.

We Wine Whenever (07:10.236)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (07:15.612)
Yeah, so very good together. Mm-hmm. yeah, yeah.

Wendy (07:15.97)
And we said we like Sutton. We like Sutton in pants, right? We've said that.

Kelli (07:20.902)
Yes. Yes. Yeah.

Wendy (07:23.116)
So yes, I thought she looked fabulous. We find out that her luggage is in Frankfurt, Germany, and hopefully she'll get it tomorrow. I know, I know. And then Kyle pops in and they start talking about, well, Kyle comes in in her robe. Like they're all kind of ready to go.

Kelli (07:30.226)
That's terrible.

Kelli (07:39.166)
Yeah. What was that all about? Why do you think she came in in a robe? Do you think she was? Cause I'm convinced now that Kyle doesn't do anything by accident. And, uh, 100%. I think she went in there to like see what everybody else was wearing. You, Kyle's not late. Kyle's not late.

We Wine Whenever (07:41.342)
Yeah, I didn't.

Wendy (07:51.739)
really?

Wendy (07:55.316)
Okay, we're there.

We Wine Whenever (07:55.614)
I'm with you on that one.

Wendy (08:01.944)
Well, she said she needed a steamer and glue. She needed a steamer and glue. I don't know what she was gluing.

We Wine Whenever (08:08.348)
Yeah, remember, she needed something.

Kelli (08:08.381)
It was time to be there already and now she needs it Don't you think like a half hour ago knowing that she had to be there in a half hour? She would have already put that inquiry in. I don't know. I'm not buying it. She shouldn't be selling it

Wendy (08:24.588)
Okay, I bought it. You know me, I'm buying it. I'm pretty much buying anything anyone's selling. That's just who I am.

We Wine Whenever (08:25.086)
There you go. Yeah, yeah. You're definitely behind it. This is why, yeah, yeah. Yes. Yes.

Kelli (08:27.698)
You're def- you're definitely buying it.

You're buying it at full price. You're not buying it on sale. You're buying it at full price. Yeah, I don't know. I thought it was very odd that she came in in her robe.

We Wine Whenever (08:43.176)
So this whole thing with Sutton sharing the room with Amanda, I don't... Like, you should just be very happy, Kyle, that no one asked you to share the room. Somebody had to share the room. You should be saying, thanks for taking one for the team, Sutton.

Kelli (09:05.554)
Yep. Well, nobody was going to make Kyle share a room.

Wendy (09:06.328)
But it's not just Kyle. They're all questioning it. Everyone is questioning. Everyone's questioning. Everyone, they all, yeah. Right.

We Wine Whenever (09:09.968)
That's what I'm saying. Somebody had...

Kelli (09:11.474)
Yeah, I mean, Eric had question too, right?

We Wine Whenever (09:14.524)
Yeah, but somebody had to share the room. Yous all... Right, yous all need to be quiet. Right. you all need to be quiet and just be very happy that Sutton took it for the team. Thank you. Right. Don't... But you know, it's production. They're gonna make drama wherever they can, even if it's a room designation.

Kelli (09:17.65)
Yeah, because we figured it out. There were nine bedrooms, 10 people. Right?

Kelli (09:27.762)
Yeah, just say thank you, son.

Wendy (09:37.506)
I agree. I agree. So all the ladies are down there for dinner except for Dorit and then Stefan comes in and he's like, okay, you're ready to go. And Bose is like, no, Dorit's not here. Like I have a surprise. So Erica runs upstairs to get Dorit and you know, Dorit being Dorit, really she's not ready and not really respectful of other people's time because Erica's like, everyone is waiting for you. Like there's a surprise. Everyone is waiting for you.

Kelli (10:04.168)
Well, I liked when Erica said, like, no, seriously, let's go. Like, Erica kind of put her foot down.

Wendy (10:10.616)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah. And Tori's like, you, Erica, do you have my rings? She's like, no. I thought maybe you'd brought them to help me. No, just get your ass downstairs. She's trying to get her pocketbook. Right. She's trying to get her pocketbook. Erica's like, you don't need your bag. We're going downstairs.

Kelli (10:19.72)
Yeah, no.

We Wine Whenever (10:23.165)
No.

Kelli (10:24.262)
Right, like you're a grown ass woman.

We Wine Whenever (10:31.036)
Yeah, a couple people did have their pocketbooks, which I thought was weird. Like, you're in the same house. Like, well, you need a pocketbook.

Wendy (10:36.546)
Well, Kathy doesn't go anywhere without her PacaBook.

Kelli (10:37.128)
Well, Cathy doesn't go, exactly. Cathy's like Sophia, Golden Girl.

We Wine Whenever (10:39.836)
Right. Right. But Rachel had one, Kyle had one, Amanda had one. I kept thinking, why don't you put these two...

Wendy (10:41.815)
Yes.

Kelli (10:47.784)
Well, you have to remember that Dorit smokes. So Dorit's carrying cigarettes with her. And not that I think anybody else on this cast does, but I think that a lot of Housewives do smoke and don't, they hide it.

We Wine Whenever (10:52.71)
maybe she wants her steaks.

We Wine Whenever (11:01.726)
Right, carry the pocketbook. I gotcha.

Kelli (11:05.192)
But did you, well, Rachel does say in this episode, if I were a smoker, this is the time I'd have a cigarette or something like that, which leads me to believe that she does smoke once in a while. But Dorit's carrying a bag because she's got her Marlboro lights on her.

We Wine Whenever (11:12.91)
absolutely, yes.

We Wine Whenever (11:19.502)
got her smokes. I got you.

Wendy (11:22.126)
All right, that's a good point. So Dorit gets downstairs and Stefano brings them into the Villa Bibliani Theater. And he really is, he is. The theater's from the 1700s and he lets them know it's all hand painted, which we, I mean, it's gorgeous. It's absolutely stunning. And then the operatic singers come out and they perform their little opera. And we find out that Boz loves the opera so much that she's on the LA Opera Brand Board.

Kelli (11:23.71)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (11:30.088)
He is adorable, that Stefano.

We Wine Whenever (11:32.277)
yeah.

We Wine Whenever (11:38.878)
Yes, gorgeous.

Wendy (11:51.276)
I don't know what that is. Why is there a brand board for the LA Opera? But who knows? She's on it.

Kelli (11:55.71)
you

We Wine Whenever (11:55.954)
Yeah, yeah, she helps them out with their brand.

Kelli (11:58.751)
Amanda was on her phone during it. Did you see that?

We Wine Whenever (12:01.128)
She was rude. She was rude. Yeah. Yes, she did look for it. She said, yeah.

Wendy (12:01.238)
She looked bored. She looked bored. I thought Sutton looked bored. And then in her confessional, she said she falls asleep at the opera. Kyle was engaged. She was videoing it. Jennifer Tilly was a little weepy because her mother. So sweet.

We Wine Whenever (12:13.832)
Crying. Yeah. Yeah. And how about right before that when Erica says in her confessional, I want to know what Rachel thinks about twinning with Amanda in the Dolce print dress. Meaning Amanda's was just a Dolce type of print where Rachel's was really the real deal. I just thought that was interesting.

Kelli (12:17.395)
Yeah.

Wendy (12:29.378)
yeah.

Wendy (12:43.726)
So after the opera, Amanda goes up to Dorie and says, you know, can we talk, you know, can we just talk for a minute? She goes, yeah, I just need to use the restroom first. So then she comes out of the restroom and Amanda's like, okay, but Dorie's like, Boz like, what time is dinner? Because Amanda wants to talk and she's like, well, you guys can go talk and then we'll just start dinner without you. And Dorie's like, no, no, no, I wanna have dinner. I wanna have dinner first.

Kelli (13:12.904)
Dorit will not have a private conversation with Amanda. Dorit needs people around her. She needs bows there to stick up for her. She's not stupid. She won't have this conversation by herself. Very obvious.

Wendy (13:13.047)
And you could see.

We Wine Whenever (13:13.074)
I know it.

Wendy (13:18.348)
Yep.

We Wine Whenever (13:20.818)
Mm-hmm. Yes.

Wendy (13:24.672)
It was very obvious, it was very obvious that she was avoiding it. And Amanda was very, you know, she was upset about it because she didn't want the dinner to be awkward. Like she wanted to, like just put this to rest and move forward. That's what she wanted to do.

Kelli (13:34.622)
Mm-hmm.

We Wine Whenever (13:35.497)
Get it out of the way. Right. So it was, it was a combination of that. Plus I also think Amanda gets a little pissy if she's not running the gig. Like if it's not on her terms, yeah, she gets like a little, a little shitty, but it's amazing. Like Dorit's trying to act like, well, you know, I don't want to inconvenience you with your time. You know, if you have the dinner set up at a particular time, but yet you had to wait for my ass to come down here.

to do your surprises.

Kelli (14:06.334)
Right, right.

Wendy (14:09.848)
So then the ladies go outside and I wrote down that the tablescape and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Just stunning.

We Wine Whenever (14:16.764)
Yes, beautiful.

Kelli (14:18.566)
And just the food, like the bruschetta, the prosciutto, it just looked so good.

Wendy (14:22.359)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (14:22.514)
Well.

Listen, it's a beautiful thing. You have your own wine from the vineyard, which they have, and they have their own olive oil grown there. It looks just, everything looks so delicious.

Wendy (14:34.23)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (14:34.75)
Yeah. So good.

Wendy (14:42.574)
So then Kyle says, Dereke, can I ask you a question? I saw you were out to dinner with PK. And Erica said, like, we flew all the way over here and you didn't tell me this shit? Like, she was pissed. You could see Erica was pissed.

We Wine Whenever (14:55.019)
She was pissed. Yeah. She was pissed.

Kelli (14:55.678)
It was pissed.

Wendy (14:58.19)
And Dory's like, well, I kind of pulled back on and picking and choosing like who I speak to about my situation. Like she said, it's very personal and sensitive and it's my life to be judged. I don't want to hear other people's opinions about what I should and shouldn't be feeling and what I should be saying. There are certain people in this group that feel more comfortable sharing. Erica's like.

Kelli (15:14.536)
So.

Kelli (15:20.312)
I think personally, because she said I'm going to be picky about who I share things with, I think she's talking about Kyle, obviously.

Wendy (15:27.394)
She absolutely was talking about Kyle, but Erica's like, I know you're not talking about me. But then she's like, honey, you know I talk to you freely. But she said, Erica's like, well, I was insulted. But she was pissed off that she found out about Erica and the boyfriend from the picture. And Erica.

We Wine Whenever (15:44.882)
from the picture. Yeah. Yeah.

Kelli (15:47.932)
And did you notice that Erica said, well, nobody knew. And did you see the smirk on Kyle's face?

Wendy (15:51.862)
Right. I sure did. I sure did.

Kelli (15:55.519)
She's a bitch, Kyle. She really is a bitch.

We Wine Whenever (16:00.958)
Now why do you think she's smart?

Wendy (16:03.468)
Because Kyle knew, Erica told Kyle.

Kelli (16:03.516)
Because she knew. knew about Erica's boyfriend. Erica told Kyle she didn't tell Dorit because in the beginning of the season Dorit's like Kyle and I didn't even know. And then they go to Kyle and the confessional and she's like I know. Which is which is fine. But the smirk. It's like what are you in middle school.

We Wine Whenever (16:07.144)
Ow, ow, ow.

We Wine Whenever (16:16.158)
you

Yeah, this is a smirk, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (16:24.694)
Yeah. So what do you think about Rachel Zoe's retirement plans? I think I'm down for it. She wanted to retire with a chateau in France with a view of the ocean in caftans and jewelry and then make some jewelry. I'm like, okay, Rachel, if you're lonely at all, ever, I'm with you. I got a caftan, I got crafts, we'll go.

Kelli (16:33.597)
Yeah

Kelli (16:48.712)
Hit me up.

Wendy (16:52.472)
There you go. I could definitely see you there doing that, Lori. I could definitely see you on the beach making jewelry with Rachel.

We Wine Whenever (16:54.288)
I thought it was perfect. I thought it was perfect.

Kelli (16:54.526)
For sure.

We Wine Whenever (16:59.966)
Absolutely. a grand time.

Kelli (17:01.502)
for sure, but wait, before we get to that, Doree actually said, I would expect to have a one-on-one conversation with Amanda. But Amanda has tried more, I mean, at least twice. And you won't do it.

We Wine Whenever (17:13.886)
except for you don't want to have it.

Yeah.

Right, and you want to?

Wendy (17:24.333)
Yeah.

Kelli (17:24.646)
I couldn't believe she said that. Was that in a confessional or did she say that at the table with all the ladies? Yeah, mean, come on. And nobody called her out on it? Like you could have just did that a half hour ago and you said no.

We Wine Whenever (17:26.428)
Yes. No, the table. That's the table. gonna have everybody. Yeah.

Wendy (17:39.278)
Yeah, so Dorit says, so then after Erica says, okay, no, back to you. so Kyle says, well, you know, how did it go? She said, well, we were talking about the kids, you know, and we're getting on a schedule with, you know, like regular, you know, guess visitation inconsistent. And Bo said to her, do know, do you feel happy where you're at? And she's like, you know, I feel relieved. Then that's when Erica brings up.

to Amanda and Sutton, I was shocked to see you guys were sharing a room. And Sutton said, well, I told her my thoughts and Jennifer said, well, what were your thoughts? Again, everyone wants to know why Sutton shares sharing the room with Amanda. She said, listen, I said to Amanda, it's okay if you have an opinion, you just should have said something to Doreen.

And that's when Amanda goes into this whole thing. Like, I believe firmly if I was able to have this one-on-one conversation and explain exactly what and when, and, you know, it would have been clear that I wasn't talking bad about her. But Dorit's like, you don't know me. Like, you don't know me like that. And I don't think that you should be judging me. And that's when she said about the one-on-one conversation. so Dorit said, you just jumped on what Kyle said.

You just were agreeing with what Kyle said. And then Rachel said, Amanda, I have a question. Do you feel like Dorit is talking about PK in her situation? It's not a good thing? And I'm glad, like, in these situations between Amanda and Dorit, someone else needs to ask a question. Otherwise, it's just gonna be the two of them, like this stalemate.

We Wine Whenever (19:21.598)
Get this down, mate. Correct.

Kelli (19:22.536)
Yeah, yeah, but somebody like neutral has to do it. Like it can't be Kyle, and now it can't even be Sutton. You know what I mean? And it can't really be Bose, because she's always sticking up for Dorit. It has to be somebody neutral, like Rachel.

Wendy (19:23.661)
Right?

Wendy (19:29.13)
No, every time, Right.

We Wine Whenever (19:39.644)
Right. Or Jennifer. But I think the whole, this whole entire Amanda mess with Dorit is Dorit's misplaced anger. She's mad at Kyle. She's mad at Kyle way more than she's mad at Amanda. And it's just, it's, I feel like it's just this totally misplaced anger. Not that I don't think Amanda's annoying because I do, but I just think it's

Wendy (19:39.831)
or Jennifer.

Kelli (19:41.274)
Or Jennifer. Yeah.

Wendy (19:43.288)
Right.

Kelli (19:56.166)
Yes.

Yes.

We Wine Whenever (20:09.989)
It's a misplaced anger.

Kelli (20:12.89)
It should not have been an entire season long storyline. It is not worthy of that. I'm sorry.

Wendy (20:19.281)
my gosh, no.

We Wine Whenever (20:21.763)
No, but it's very telling when Dorit said, and it is kind of true what she said, that if someone is your real friend and they bring something to you, but then they bring it up behind your back to other people and then they bring it up to people that you don't know, it starts to kind of feel different. So my point being is that all that at the very tail end of that is bringing it up to somebody you don't know. And I feel like it was just like a match that

Wendy (20:22.945)
No, it's not.

We Wine Whenever (20:51.671)
know, set fire to her being pissed at Kyle. And I think Amanda's on the end of the match.

Kelli (20:58.194)
Yes. Yes. Yeah, you're right.

Wendy (20:59.49)
100%, 100%. And that's when Cathy jumped in with the line that needed to happen is, you know, what I think is when somebody doesn't know someone, you got to read the room and know your place. And that shut everyone up for a minute.

We Wine Whenever (21:13.339)
Right, but I...

Kelli (21:13.862)
And Jennifer said, Cathy said what everybody was thinking.

Wendy (21:17.367)
Right.

We Wine Whenever (21:17.647)
Right, but I do think that everybody is going overboard on the Amanda thing. They're going overboard on the Amanda thing. I mean, because when you really take everything out of it...

Kelli (21:24.722)
Yes.

Kelli (21:28.592)
If she just said.

Wendy (21:33.378)
The thing is, can't, the Manifestation Queen cannot own anything. And we'll get there in a second, because I want to give you...

Kelli (21:38.972)
Right. That's it. Because when Sutton first brought it up, all she had, all Amanda had to do was say is all Amanda had to say is, yeah, I thought that, you know, blah, blah, blah. She never did.

We Wine Whenever (21:52.316)
Right. It's because she deflected to Kyle right away. She tried to deflect to Kyle and that's where she messed up.

Kelli (21:57.491)
Yes. Yeah.

Wendy (22:00.236)
Yeah, because after Cathy said, you need to read the room and know your place, Amanda's next thing was, what about the fact that it was an informed opinion? What? Like, are you kidding me? Like, this is, now you were gonna double down on this? Like, right, because she's a therapist and she's worked with, you know, children that are divorced parents and she's seen firsthand. Okay.

Kelli (22:15.518)
because of her therapy work with children.

Kelli (22:25.48)
But here's the thing, Amanda, we've already heard you say that you don't like to react in the moment, that you like to listen and then have time to think about it and then respond. Well, that means that you like to come up with a defense of why you did what you did and now here we have it. Because if that were really the case, you would have said that.

Wendy (22:45.783)
Right.

Kelli (22:54.354)
back at the first dinner when you were asked about it. But you didn't. It has taken you about 10 more episodes to come up with this defense. Right?

We Wine Whenever (23:06.071)
Right, right, I mean...

Wendy (23:07.758)
Who else used to do that? There was another housewife that would never own their stuff. They would just make excuses. Which housewife was that?

Kelli (23:17.352)
Well, I feel like Heather Dubrow does it. I feel like Heather Dubrow will not react in the moment and she'll walk away and then she'll go home and she'll talk to Terry and they'll come up with, right, and then she'll come back and be like, remember what we were talking about three nights ago? Well, this is why. I personally feel that Heather Dubrow does that as well.

Wendy (23:26.808)
and then think it out, right?

Wendy (23:35.33)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (23:39.519)
Well, but it's interesting because on the one hand, it is, you know, a normal adult thing to collect your thoughts, know, measure your words, don't engage with somebody if it's not gonna lead to a resolution. But for some reason, it just doesn't read right with her. I mean, that's not a bad strategy to have. It's not a bad strategy to not be reactive and to, but...

Wendy (24:04.974)
No, it's not. It's right.

We Wine Whenever (24:09.138)
That's the, I think the problem comes in is that that is a normal response for a normal adult situation in reality. But you're not in reality, even though it's reality TV, you're in drama reality. So it doesn't, you can't look at it from that perspective because that's not what it is.

Kelli (24:29.586)
You have to be very quick on your feet to be a housewife. And if you're not, you're not gonna last. That's why Angel on Potomac, and actually, she did a way better job than this Amanda. You have to be quick on your feet, because some of these women are just vicious, and they're not gonna let up, and they prey on the weak. And if they sense that you're weak, you're done, you're done.

We Wine Whenever (24:50.578)
Mm-hmm.

Wendy (24:51.758)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (24:53.138)
Neither coming for you like a shark.

But Doree, Doree had like kind of crazy eyes too. like if Amanda would start talking, she got them cra- you know what I'm talking about? She got them crazy eyes. Like her eyes kind of like...

Wendy (24:57.23)
And again, go ahead.

Kelli (25:08.614)
Yeah, I feel like I think you just hit the nail on the head earlier when you said that her anger is misplaced and she really wants to say all this to Kyle.

We Wine Whenever (25:17.726)
It's the misplaced, dude.

Mm hmm. I think.

Kelli (25:24.462)
And personally, I think she has every right to because of what we discussed last week. and listen, Kyle does it again in this episode. She is really putting Dorie in a bad spot with this divorce. And I personally think she knows exactly what she's doing. And it's really, I just can't believe it because

Wendy (25:24.524)
Yeah, because.

We Wine Whenever (25:51.176)
Yeah, that's so blatant.

Kelli (25:53.203)
Here's someone who, you you couldn't even talk about her relationship, which was clearly an actual relationship between her and Morgan. But nobody was allowed to talk about it, and yet here you are, this woman's actually going through a divorce. She is going to have a custody battle, and you're calling her behavior erratic and, you know, making allegations where she's not in her right mind on national television.

I just, it's, can't believe she's doing this to somebody she once called a friend. I guess she's closer with PK though.

I don't know. I'll get off my soapbox now.

We Wine Whenever (26:35.358)
Hehehe!

Wendy (26:35.662)
Well, then Kyle does say to Dorit, like, what do you need from Amanda? Dorit's like, I don't need anything from Amanda. Because Kyle was trying to put a pin in it and move forward. And Dorit wasn't having it. And Amanda said, well, let me ask you this. When you brought up the cult the other night at the dinner, like, what was your intention when you went back 357 blog posts to a blog I wrote 14 years ago? OK, well, that was rehearsed.

We Wine Whenever (27:03.259)
Yes.

Wendy (27:03.61)
I feel like everything Amanda says is rehearsed because she just spits it out because when she finally does start telling the story, Erica says, no, no, no, start from the beginning because she has it rehearsed where she wants to start it and how she wants to tell it. Right?

Kelli (27:03.94)
for sure.

We Wine Whenever (27:06.236)
is rehearse.

Kelli (27:06.824)
Right, because she goes home and thinks about it.

We Wine Whenever (27:10.018)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (27:19.453)
Mm-hmm.

We Wine Whenever (27:24.935)
Absolutely.

Kelli (27:25.384)
Right. And by the way, if you Google search Amanda Francis Colt, it comes up. I checked. Because when she said it doesn't even come up, I thought, well, let's see. I have my laptop right here. It comes up.

We Wine Whenever (27:32.575)
I'm sure. I'm sure it does.

Wendy (27:33.998)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (27:37.491)
Mm-hmm.

Wendy (27:41.23)
Bo said, girl, it sure does.

We Wine Whenever (27:44.414)
And I, I love how Cathy's, Cathy's like, Cathy Holt's not having it. She's like, well, if I was annoyed with somebody, I would do a deep dive.

Kelli (27:44.455)
Ha ha!

Kelli (27:54.323)
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, and Dorit said like, I've never Googled anybody, right? Like anybody who's come into this group or something. And I quite honestly, I kind of believe it, but I believe it more so because I feel like, especially on Beverly Hills, but probably all of the franchises, new friends who come in typically do actually come in because they know somebody and you're in Beverly Hills. So what are the chances you haven't heard of this person?

Wendy (27:54.422)
Yeah, 100%.

Kelli (28:24.484)
Even if we haven't heard of the person, they probably have heard of the person. So you probably don't even need to Google them. But Amanda came in with some interesting facts floating around about herself.

Wendy (28:39.35)
Right. So when she starts telling the story and Erica tells her, know, you got to back up. so she she backs because Rachel's like, well, just give us the highlight reel. She backs up and she starts saying about, you know, like when she met these people and then Jennifer's, you know, she's like, well, you were in your 20s when that happened. She's like, well, I was 16 when I met them and then I moved when I was 19, which again, that is young and.

We Wine Whenever (29:02.542)
Yes, it is.

Kelli (29:02.942)
Yeah, because she said, I told him I want to go to college and Jennifer was making it like she was too old to go to college, but she wasn't. That's part of the story checks out.

We Wine Whenever (29:09.245)
No.

Wendy (29:09.31)
No, absolutely. No, absolutely. And Erica was also chiming in, like, you know, were isolated and you were young and, you know, these are the people that you were socializing with. But the questions that Dorit was asking, were there any physical, emotional and sexual abuse? Like, I'm sorry, but...

Kelli (29:32.008)
So here's what I think. I think Dorit looked up what constitutes a cult. What behaviors go on in a cult. And I think that Dorit had that line of questioning to maybe show that it wasn't exactly a cult. That was my take on Dorit's questioning, because I agree with you. I thought it was a little off.

We Wine Whenever (29:40.796)
Yes, I can see. And there are those behaviors. Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (29:54.556)
Mine too. But I think you're right. I think that was the deal.

Wendy (29:56.204)
Okay.

Wendy (30:01.126)
And then she said, you know, emotional and psychological. And then Dorit said, well, were there girls and boys there? And she's like, yeah. And then she's like, oh, and what, they wanted you to like get married and have babies right away. So you would be like stuck in this. then they're like, well, did they let you, Dorit said, did they let you leave freely? She's like, no, I left in middle of the night. Which, and she did say that very matter of factly. I mean, didn't you think that was very matter of fact? Like.

We Wine Whenever (30:26.003)
Mm-hmm.

Kelli (30:26.622)
She did.

It was very matter of fact. I mean, and again, like, you know, we watched that whole, we did a whole podcast on the TikTok cult thing. And we know, like, I mean, maybe you're leaving in the middle of the night, but don't they have people watching? Like a real cult.

Wendy (30:43.981)
Yeah.

Kelli (30:55.102)
And I'm not trying to downplay whatever Amanda went through. Obviously, it was some kind of trauma. But that cult, that TikTok cult, nobody was leaving in the middle of the night there. They had eyes and cameras on everyone.

Wendy (30:57.57)
Yeah.

Wendy (31:06.892)
Well, actually, think somebody did leave and I mean, they tried to remember and then they came and they like block them in.

Kelli (31:11.1)
They did. But that it wasn't in the middle of the night. That girl had a friend come to get her and it was like it was as if she was like going out for the day or something, I think. Like it was like a planned. She had to like plan it out where this friend was coming to make it look like they were going to do something or so. I don't know. But yes, they blocked her in because they got hip to the fact that she might be leaving.

We Wine Whenever (31:12.594)
Yes, yes, yes, they tried to live.

Wendy (31:18.157)
Right.

We Wine Whenever (31:23.207)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Wendy (31:38.392)
But then when Amanda said, I'm actually happy that you brought this up. I wouldn't have even talked about the cults. And then I had this great conversation with Erica. And then I sat down and I outlined my next book.

We Wine Whenever (31:44.318)
stop. I couldn't take it.

Kelli (31:47.293)
Ha ha ha!

We Wine Whenever (31:53.823)
Stop. Stop it. She's so annoying.

Kelli (31:54.533)
my god.

Wendy (31:57.218)
Bo's literally laughed. She laughed! I mean, I did too.

We Wine Whenever (32:02.859)
my gosh, I was like, no, no,

Kelli (32:02.908)
I can't. That's crazy.

Wendy (32:08.362)
It was just crazy. Like, she's just always, like, she's just always going.

And then Dorit starts asking her more questions. And she like gives this like, sigh. And she's like, the audible sigh. And she's like, okay, man, I don't know if I have the stamina to talk, to go through this whole story. And then she drinks her water. And Dorit's like, well, if you're gonna write a book, you're gonna need the stamina to go through the story. I just was like.

We Wine Whenever (32:23.016)
She's always with that thigh.

Kelli (32:25.032)
Yeah.

Kelli (32:41.342)
She's like, well, I think it's been established. I can write a book. And everybody's like, whoa. I liked when Amanda said she and Sutton listened to Taylor Swift when they got ready and Erica was like, God.

Wendy (32:44.395)
Exactly. Yup.

We Wine Whenever (32:47.642)
It was super obnoxious.

We Wine Whenever (32:55.036)
Yeah, like, God, what the hell's going on?

Wendy (32:57.698)
And then Rachel found that out when she was doing her confessional and she just starts laughing. She's like, what?

We Wine Whenever (33:05.33)
That's great.

Kelli (33:08.23)
mean Sutton, like listen, I get it, because Sutton's from the South, so I mean I Taylor Swift is from Pennsylvania, but still, like I think, I could say it, but like Amanda, it's like, she's probably actually young enough to really like Taylor Swift.

We Wine Whenever (33:18.899)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (33:25.436)
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Wendy (33:27.736)
gonna say my husband is a big Swiftie.

We Wine Whenever (33:30.206)
Yeah.

Kelli (33:30.276)
I know, so was my nephew, so was my nephew. No shade to Taylor Swift. I just thought Erica's response was hysterical.

Wendy (33:37.888)
It was hysterical, it was 100 % hysterical.

Kelli (33:41.63)
When Jennifer Tilly got stuck in the elevator with her mask on all I could think was this would happen to Lurie This looks like something that would happen

Wendy (33:46.275)
my god.

Wendy (33:50.198)
Yes! That's so true. I did not think of that. I just was laughing. my God, totally.

We Wine Whenever (33:51.951)
Exactly. would happen. Yes. That would happen to me. Yes. With the mask on. Yep. Yep. And then I'd be pushing the thing like, what the fuck? Like, get me out. Yes. Yes. Yeah. And then.

Kelli (33:54.622)
With the mask on.

Wendy (33:59.35)
And her glasses and she's like.

Kelli (34:01.063)
Your hair would be in curlers.

Wendy (34:06.619)
What did she say? I just want to get cappuccino. Is that what she said? I just want to get cappuccino.

I mean, like you're in this giant villa. can't call somebody to get cappuccino.

Kelli (34:13.598)
So good.

We Wine Whenever (34:16.627)
bechino.

Kelli (34:16.926)
I know, like, is there a button in the elevator to get you out of there? What are we doing here? What are we going to do?

We Wine Whenever (34:22.386)
We were pushed. Listen, she was pushing the buttons. That's what we would have done. Just push the buttons and wait for something to happen. And then how about Amanda like running around this elegant villa in her like PJ short set. I know Sutton had on pajamas too, but somehow Sutton looked a little more the part. I was just like, girl, like, what are you doing? What are you doing?

Kelli (34:47.144)
Put some clothes on.

Wendy (34:50.83)
Honestly, it wasn't even that early because I put down the next day at 11.32 a.m. We see Kyle stretching and running. So Kyle came back from her run. So that's gotta be at least 12.30, right? Or 12, it's gotta be afternoon and they're still sitting there in their pajamas? I mean, I guess maybe jet lag. I know. Yes, yes, yes, yes. She was busy.

We Wine Whenever (35:06.142)
All right.

Kelli (35:07.166)
Yeah. Well, she was on her laptop. She was starting her book. She already wrote her prologue. Yes. She already did her video for her $4,000 a month, you know, students showing them that she started her book. She got a lot done that morning.

We Wine Whenever (35:11.55)
She's busy.

We Wine Whenever (35:21.853)
Right.

Wendy (35:22.754)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (35:30.75)
She didn't get dressed up.

Wendy (35:30.844)
Yeah, she definitely did. She definitely did. She didn't get dressed, but she did get a-

Kelli (35:33.116)
She said that last night felt... Yeah, exactly. She didn't find time to get dressed, but...

Wendy (35:37.036)
you

Kelli (35:41.128)
She said last night felt hostile.

I mean, Amanda, the verbiage, the...

We Wine Whenever (35:48.831)
It kind of, yeah, but it kind of was a little hostile. I felt a little tiny bit. I felt a little bit, but well, I felt a little bit bad for her at that dinner. I really did. Because it was, it was, it was a lot.

Wendy (35:52.814)
I think it was hostile.

Kelli (35:53.682)
Hostile? You think hostile was the right word?

Wendy (35:58.998)
It was tense. I agree.

Wendy (36:06.062)
I it was- I actually agreed with her.

We Wine Whenever (36:06.524)
And like I said, I think it's a big deflection and I think it's kind of much ado about nothing and I don't think it really has that much to do with Amanda.

Kelli (36:18.14)
Right, I agree with that, yeah.

We Wine Whenever (36:19.912)
But Kyle is definitely stirring the pot with Dorit and Amanda. Like, egging Amanda on. mean, Sutton even jumped on the bandwagon of that too, a little bit. But I was like, ooh.

Kelli (36:25.7)
egging Amanda on a lot.

Kelli (36:33.879)
yeah.

Wendy (36:35.416)
Listen, I think this is what I think. I think that the producers are in Kyle's ear and in Sutton's ear and saying, we need to get this resolved. Like you guys need to do something to move this forward because these two cannot just be like, I think that's what's happening. I really think that that's what's happening. I mean, you know.

Kelli (36:48.978)
You're probably right.

We Wine Whenever (36:54.952)
You know, I think the opposite. I think the producers are in Kyle and Sutton's ear saying, stir, stir, stir, stir, stir, stir.

Kelli (37:05.852)
Well, both can be true, right? By starring, you're continuously bringing it up, trying to find resolution. What's interesting to me though is that, cause I agree with you, why they're choosing Kyle. mean, Kyle is, she's like the favorite child, obviously, but Kyle is more guilty of doing worse things to Dorit than Amanda.

Wendy (37:07.586)
I think they're, yes, moving it along. You have to move it along.

We Wine Whenever (37:08.634)
Yeah, absolutely.

Kelli (37:36.104)
But you have Kyle trying to get Doreen and Amanda to find resolution. She's doing worse things.

We Wine Whenever (37:41.15)
Cause they're not. Cause they're not. Because... Cause they're not. That's why. Because I told you, it really has all to do with Kyle.

Wendy (37:53.644)
Right, and even when Erica said Sutton was just making headway with Dorit, and now she's rooming with Amanda. So I think that this is all the producers. I'm telling you, I think it's the producers saying to Sutton and Kyle, you need to move this storyline along, because they know what's gonna happen, because Dorit feels a certain way about Kyle and her sticking her nose into it.

Kelli (38:02.856)
Yeah.

Kelli (38:06.877)
Yeah.

Wendy (38:20.96)
She already had issues with Sutton and Sutton is trying to move forward. So what better way to make more of a explosion, right?

We Wine Whenever (38:30.116)
Exactly. Yeah, they want to make the explosion.

Kelli (38:31.624)
Wendy, let me ask you a question. And I wanna get right back to this, because we're actually making really good time tonight. Lisa Rinna's book, Wendy and I are both reading Lisa Rinna's book right now, and Cousin Gina. I think she's done with it already. The part where Lisa says that one of the housewives came to her, after Lisa quit, one of the housewives came to her crying and saying she can't do it anymore and she wanted to quit, but the producers talked her into staying.

Wendy (38:38.712)
That's great.

Wendy (38:47.608)
I am too.

Kelli (39:00.392)
Who do you think it is?

Wendy (39:04.955)
Kelli (39:08.624)
I think it's... Go ahead.

Wendy (39:08.684)
I think it has to be, I think it has, first of all, I think it has to be one of the Fox Force Five. So I think it has to be Dorit. That's my guess.

Kelli (39:14.749)
Yes.

Kelli (39:20.158)
I thought Dorit or Erica. I really thought maybe, no, and I know that, which is probably why she's still there, but I just thought when Erica was with the trial and with Tom, I thought maybe it just got to be, I mean, how could it not become too much for somebody? I agree with you, she's not a quitter, but.

Wendy (39:23.904)
Erica's not a quitter. Erica is not a quitter.

Wendy (39:38.03)
Mm-mm.

We Wine Whenever (39:38.896)
too much.

Kelli (39:44.89)
I could see her going to Lisa and them having that conversation because I know they're very close. They're still very close.

Wendy (39:51.21)
No, they are close. And honestly, she says it in the book, like the Fox four five still meet. Fox four five, they still meet. So she's still close with them. But just based on what we know about Erica and Erica's financial situation and Erica's love of nice things, I don't think it was Erica. I think it's Dorit. I think it's Dorit.

Kelli (39:57.682)
Yeah. Yeah.

Kelli (40:13.32)
Yeah, I thought it was one of the two of them. Those were my first two thoughts. All right. No, I figured that. No, because she's not like that. All right.

Wendy (40:17.548)
She doesn't ever say either and she won't say. She won't say. Yeah. Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (40:23.87)
So when Kyle and Sutton and Amanda are outside and they're having that little discussion, you see Kyle gets, I feel bad for her, Kyle gets up to walk away and she was sitting on the outside, she had a leaf stuck on her ass, poor thing.

Wendy (40:37.612)
And she had the chip on her ass. Was it a leaf or was it one of those chips that Sutton

Kelli (40:41.106)
Yes.

We Wine Whenever (40:43.514)
I thought it was... No, I thought it was a leaf. I thought it was a leaf. Yeah.

Kelli (40:45.094)
I thought it was a leaf. Yeah. Cause she said those. Okay.

Wendy (40:46.944)
Okay, at first I thought it was a leaf and then I saw her eating the chips and Sutton still was eating those chips. I was like, that a leaf or a chip?

We Wine Whenever (40:55.442)
Yeah, I think it's funny.

Wendy (41:01.496)
Then the next thing we see is Rachel's on the phone with her sister Pamela and we find out that she got a text at three o'clock in the morning from Caius, her 11 year old, and it basically said his dad sat him down to talk about his girlfriend. And she was livid. And I don't blame her. I do not blame her. I don't blame her. He was there by himself.

Kelli (41:18.398)
Me neither.

We Wine Whenever (41:18.482)
Well, especially after we know, because she told, she said it, that she said something to him that she was, communicated with her ex-husband about how unhappy she was with how that situation went down. So then to next, you know, take it one step further and do that. But I can totally see a guy, especially if he's a narcissist or has narcissistic tendencies, to not even

Wendy (41:23.0)
But the airport, yeah.

Kelli (41:28.572)
ripped him.

We Wine Whenever (41:48.178)
think that that's a bad idea. thinks he's doing a great thing. thinks he's like, okay, so I'll talk to him about just.

Kelli (41:57.193)
Yep. Yep. Totally agree. She was jacked up, man.

Wendy (41:59.64)
Yeah.

Wendy (42:03.726)
I would have been pissed too. I mean...

Kelli (42:06.244)
me too. my goodness. I... Yeah, she was like, I'm trying to figure out how I can get out of here. And I was like, yeah, I think that's exactly where I would have been. Not that I would have left, but...

Wendy (42:08.193)
I'd be pissed too.

We Wine Whenever (42:17.598)
I kind of still have mixed emotions though about that scene last week with her children. On one hand, know, it's nice to see someone having actual conversations about important things, things that really do happen, shit like that comes up. You do need to talk to your kids about that stuff, but on the other hand...

It kind of just rubs me a little bit the wrong way that your kids are still small, you're bringing them on TV, discussing, you're having them discuss really personal things like that. I don't know, it just kind of...

Kelli (43:06.074)
I agree with you and I know it's semantics, but I feel like when Kyle and Mo did it with their girls, obviously their girls are much older, but they've also been on reality TV for how many years? 15 years? mean, Kyle's kids have grown up in front of the cameras. So for them to have had that conversation, to me it wasn't as bad. I mean, and I love Rachel.

We Wine Whenever (43:15.656)
They were much older.

Kelli (43:35.944)
but you just brought your kids into this world and this, I mean, you could tell the older one just didn't, he didn't want to talk about it. wasn't going to talk about it.

We Wine Whenever (43:35.952)
And I do too, but there's just something. Yes.

We Wine Whenever (43:45.308)
Yeah, I just didn't think it was a good thing.

Wendy (43:50.124)
A lot of people online had a lot to say about it. I'm sure you guys heard Bethany Frankel had a lot to say about it.

Kelli (43:54.515)
Yeah.

We Wine Whenever (43:57.213)
Yeah, I saw her post, Yeah, she did, yeah.

Kelli (43:58.29)
did she?

Wendy (43:59.746)
yeah, and she was talking about it also today, not about that specifically, but that she knows Rachel Zoe. she was, Bethany was talking about today when she first, you know, when she first was on New York way back when, and they used to have to do the blog posts, like they were required to do blog posts, not only about their show, but about other Bravo shows too. And yeah, yeah, so they were.

Kelli (44:22.911)
I didn't know that. I only read their blogs about their own shows.

Wendy (44:27.862)
they were supposed to do that. And she had made a blog post about Rachel Zoe, about Project Runway. I don't remember what she said the post was, but it wasn't in the positive light. And Bethany went on to say that she knew Rachel before she was Rachel Zoe. She knew her because she knew her in the Hamptons. Rachel's from New Jersey, and she knew her when she was Rachel Somethingstein. I don't remember what her maiden name was before she got married. And she had met her.

Kelli (44:56.03)
But she said she grew up going to the Hamptons. Rachel.

Wendy (44:58.638)
Yeah, yes, yes. Even though she's from New Jersey, which is a little odd. Like, if you're from New Jersey, why are you going to the Hamptons? Like, why aren't you going to the Jersey Shore? But anyway.

Kelli (45:08.51)
you're rich.

We Wine Whenever (45:09.64)
Cause you're rich. Exactly, exactly.

Wendy (45:10.966)
Yeah. But Rachel, like she said that, you know, I don't mean this in the bad way, but Rachel, her, like they kind of came up at the same time, but Rachel popped off before Bethany popped off. Like she became very famous. And then when Bethany saw her, like in LA, Rachel kind of like looked down on her and

Kelli (45:11.282)
hahahahah

Wendy (45:37.854)
know, Bethany felt a way about, yeah, Bethany felt a certain way about that, which, you know, I kind of, don't blame her. Yeah. So she was talking about that whole situation and she was talking about the divorce and she was talking about how Roger, I guess, wants half of Rachel's business. And Bethany was talking about like, you know, he was a big part of her business. Like she's not, she's like, I'm not exactly what he did before, but he was the one who was like getting the meetings and she was the one that was the creative, but he was the business side of it.

Kelli (45:37.948)
Really?

We Wine Whenever (45:42.148)
Yeah, blame her.

Wendy (46:06.144)
And she was talking about Donna Karen. She's like, I knew Donna Karen and her husband. Her husband ran the business. And all these men that actually did run these businesses for the wives who were very successful, the wives were the face of it. And Bethany was basically saying, and she's like, I don't like to say this because of what happened with her divorce. Whereas her ex tried to say that he was running her business when he wasn't. She was always the one doing it.

Kelli (46:35.192)
Even if he were Jason, even if he were, they were together for such a small time. Maybe it would have been a year. Rachel's husband has been doing that. Listen, I don't disagree with Bethany. Half the company, I don't know about half the company, but that company is worth enough where you could give him a slice and he will be set.

Wendy (46:40.983)
Right, right.

Wendy (46:48.747)
No, I don't either.

We Wine Whenever (46:52.06)
Right, I don't know about that either.

Wendy (46:52.238)
Well, I mean, I mean if he was there...

Wendy (46:59.288)
I don't know because what she was saying, Bethany was saying is like, she sold her name, she, everything, like all the clothes we see now, Rachel Zoe, like that's all licensed. He set up all those deals. Like he set those up. Like he should get half of it. And she was saying, she didn't say what designer, she's like, I know a designer that like sold their names so many times, they don't even know their name anymore, like a very famous designer. And she didn't say who it was. Yeah, like that.

Kelli (47:12.156)
Yeah, I don't disagree.

We Wine Whenever (47:22.462)
That often happens,

Wendy (47:25.966)
And I do think that that is because they did work together for so long. And I think he was an integral part of that business. I think he probably does deserve 50 % of it. And if it's as big as it is, give him 50 % of it. Right? And speaking of that, I don't know if you saw that Todd and Candy have come to an agreement on their divorce four months after they announced it.

Kelli (47:38.578)
He definitely deserves something.

We Wine Whenever (47:41.0)
Yes. Yeah.

Wendy (47:52.63)
It just has to go in front of the judge and get signed off on. They've already come to an agreement. That's pretty amazing.

Kelli (47:57.595)
I really hope that this guy isn't trying... Listen, I know they worked together on things once they got married, but Candy had that empire built way before Todd... Okay, okay.

Wendy (48:10.232)
She had a prenup. Candy's fine. Candy's fine. Candy had a prenup. Candy's fine. And the fact that they've come to an agreement and they're ready, they brought it to the judge. They just need to get signed off on four months after they announced it. They've already agreed on the custodial situation.

Kelli (48:15.826)
Yeah. Yeah.

Kelli (48:24.894)
I'm sad that they're getting divorced those two because I really thought they were like Endgame, you know, I mean listen, they both they're both freaky like I get it like candy-coated I get it but I Don't know. I thought that they would evolve together with that But you know what if they if they ever had a threesome, it's that's a that's

Wendy (48:31.874)
I didn't.

That's it. That's it.

Wendy (48:49.262)
What do mean if they ever, we know that they had threesomes. We know that that was a regular part of it. I mean, that's where the problem lies.

Kelli (48:52.134)
Right. And yeah, you can't, can't. I'm sorry. If any listeners out there who is happily married and has threesomes and your marriage is sustainable, please reach out and let us know. We'll keep you anonymous, but I don't know, and I know a decent amount of couples who have done that ends it. You really don't?

We Wine Whenever (49:06.238)
Good for you.

We Wine Whenever (49:16.638)
I don't know anyone. I don't know any. I really don't.

Kelli (49:20.734)
All right, I say a decent amount, less than five, less than five.

Wendy (49:24.664)
That's a decent amount.

We Wine Whenever (49:24.719)
It's way more than my none.

Kelli (49:27.492)
ends it ends it you can't sustain it

We Wine Whenever (49:32.188)
Yeah, I would, I don't know how anybody would.

Kelli (49:36.23)
no matter how freaky deaky you are.

We Wine Whenever (49:39.036)
Yeah, I don't know.

Wendy (49:39.671)
Yeah.

Kelli (49:42.404)
who's sick?

Wendy (49:45.142)
I don't have anything else for Beverly Hills. You know we were talking about last week, you said that you thought that they were gonna end in Italy. They're not ending in Italy. We have to do Kyle's daughter's wedding still. We gotta get back to Beverly Hills.

Kelli (49:54.411)
that's right. That's right. They'll probably maybe they'll end it on that. That's right. I'm looking forward to that. Yeah, that was fake news. Remember we saw I saw one thing real quick that she filed for divorce Kyle's daughter, but I think that was fake news. By the way, I also saw real quick and didn't I don't care enough about her to look into it, but I saw a quick thing that Alexis Bellino filed for divorce, but I bet you that's fake news as well. Right.

Wendy (49:58.614)
I would think that's probably the season finale. Me too, me too. We're on episode 13.

Wendy (50:10.029)
no, that's not real. No, no, Definitely not real.

Wendy (50:23.52)
I don't think that's true. I did see, and I don't know if this is true, that Alexis Bellino is filming with OC.

Kelli (50:24.036)
John Jansen. Yeah.

Kelli (50:32.249)
Ugh.

Wendy (50:34.048)
I hope that's not true. I hope that's not true.

We Wine Whenever (50:36.963)
And we know Kelly feels about that.

Kelli (50:39.888)
Yeah, I saw they were in Vegas because Vicky's there.

Wendy (50:43.948)
Yes.

Kelli (50:44.958)
They're filming in Vegas, Vicki, and I saw the thing with Vicki and Gina. I guess Gretchen's not back.

Wendy (50:52.164)
no, no Gretchen, Gretchen's not coming back.

Kelli (50:53.66)
Yeah.

Wendy (50:56.782)
All right, anything else?

Nothing else. All right. So I'm going to ask our listeners to please subscribe to YouTube. Go over to Instagram and follow us. Go to Instagram, please follow us. I have no idea when no one follows us on Instagram, but we are there. It's very bizarre. And tell your friends and give us some five star reviews too. That would be great. If you have nice things to say about it, say it. If you have mean things to say about it, say us. Just DM us. Don't put that out in the public. We'll respond to you.

We Wine Whenever (51:14.96)
That's very odd.

Wendy (51:28.268)
But just, if you don't have anything nice to say, then just DM us. That'd be great.

We Wine Whenever (51:31.462)
Or simply scroll.

Kelli (51:34.834)
Get like, listen, if you disagree with what we say, that's no problem. you know, but you know, the comment, the comments on our physical appearances, they can be a little rough. I know Wendy and Lori don't care. I gotta, I gotta get there. I gotta get there. Yeah.

Wendy (51:34.84)
Keep scrolling.

Wendy (51:38.87)
Right. We're open to other opinions.

We Wine Whenever (51:39.707)
It's not that-

We Wine Whenever (51:44.618)
well, whatever.

Wendy (51:48.054)
I don't care, this is who I am. Yeah, you'll get there. When you're old like we are.

We Wine Whenever (51:50.544)
Yeah, could care less. could care less. Listen, none of it is serious enough. This podcast isn't serious enough. The shows that we're watching are not serious enough. What you think about my hairdo and my wrinkle, it's not serious. None of it is serious enough. Right?

Kelli (51:54.712)
Kelli (51:58.864)
No, it's not.

Kelli (52:05.287)
No they are not.

Kelli (52:14.28)
Good point. Yeah. All right. Bye.

We Wine Whenever (52:18.205)
All right, that's it. Bye.

Wendy (52:18.766)
All right. Bye.
